Very nice hotel, the best beach in Dominicana Republic, very good customer service in the front desk area. Very friendly staff in a restaurants . Good drinks in a Bars. Very clean rooms.we liked. Thank you guys, you’re a great workers!!!

Staff was great, beach was amazing. Only draw back was people saved chairs at the beach and wouldnt show up for hours even though there are signs saying its not permitted.

Okay stay. Property was clean and organized. The beach was fantastic! The workers were attentive and quick. We had a swim out room which I always try to do. Swim out pool was very dirty. The room fridge was barely stocked. Im mostly disappointed in dinner options. Everything is by reservation except for the buffet. We stood in front of the itailian restraunt barely anyone eating and were told they were fully booked. The only thing that saved our trip was the beach was beautiful. We have stayed in punta cana many times and and the beach did not compare to this one, we recommend Dominicus/Bayahibe/La Romana.

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel; the staff was friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed the beach the most. The beach is the highlight of the entire Catalonia - La Romana - crystal clear water! The adults-only section is good, but once it's time for dinner/eating you will be merged with the family-friendly hotel. Personally, I didn't mind it at all though. The downside was the buffet breakfast, I would give the breakfast buffer a 6/10. The only time I'd rate the food 10/10 would be when we had dinner at Beloved.
