I paid for this facility which i've stayed in the past with a nine on a scale as far as all aspects of a vacation. to a day before find out, I was being transferred to a different resort because they were being renovated granted. I paid for my package 2 months in advance. You would believe that they would have known this from the beginning, ending up going to a facility that was horrible nightmare. confrontation with worker, someone just walked into my bedroom. As I'm laying. In the bed without knocking, and at a dinner time told that there was no forks or spoons that I would have to eat with my hands literally. This vacation was a total nightmare. I was disgusted waste of money and heartbroken

As I was offered and paid for. at the last moment, I was simply told I was transferred without even giving me an option to say yes or no, very, very unprofessional and insulting facility. I ended up staying at was just as worse insulted by an employee, worker without knocking, just walked into my room, bed bugs. simply disgusting

On the 25th, the day we arrived when my wife and I went to the pool and requested towels, there were no towels at that time. In the evening the same day when we went to the Mexican restaurant the staff we spoke to was very rude and she also told us that there was a waiting list of 12 people, however this was not true. Because after a short time we didn't see anyone leaving so he told us we could come in. The buffet should have more variety because the meals and salads were repeated almost every day, other than that everything was good.

I loved it absolutely adore everything. I appreciate everyone there front desk supervisor yarmeaya and concierge Angel , it was an issue with my reservation that I couldn’t understand , they took the time and turned everything around and made my stay absolutely amazing . ❤️❤️❤️❤️The Food. Entertaining,,etc .. MY ROOM AMAZING, staff friendly amazing… The hotel was clean and safe . I had the best time we are coming back.

We had a mostly positive experience. The hotel is great overall, with very nice workers and a clean environment. The rooms were decent, though the bed was too soft for my preference since I typically like a firmer mattress. This is just a personal opinion, though, and others might find it comfortable. However, I did have an issue with the bathroom. Unfortunately, using the toilet was a nightmare. It seemed like there was a design flaw because it would clog every time we used it. This problem wasn’t isolated to my room alone; we were traveling with two other couples, and their rooms experienced the same issue. This was quite inconvenient and something that needs addressing. Overall, while there are some areas for improvement, particularly with the bathrooms, the resort's positive aspects. Would I stay in this hotel again, I would say not, main problem being the bathroom.

This was our first visit to Punta Cana, my wife and I had a great time, the location is not far from Downtown, they offer transportation to nearby malls for no charge, they have great atmosphere and the staff is so friendly.

Hotel was very clean and the staff we met were so friendly. They all went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Property was not too big so you could walk everywhere. Restaurants were great. No reservations needed and we never waited to be seated. Loved the Asian for hibachi and sushi. Beach was ok but the constant peddlers coming up to sell you things made it uncomfortable to stay long. Unfortunately the ocean was brown as there was loads of seaweed during our stay. Pools were great so we didn't really mind. Sunken Treasure pool bar was the best. Stayed in building 4 which was close to everything. Room was spacious but air conditioning never went below 78°F (25.5°C) no matter how low we tried to set it. Overall, aside from the hot room we really liked it and would recommend it.

The staff was delightful. The food and drinks was delicious. I would like the hotel to have their own transportation pick up and drop off to the airport. But I was able to schedule a ride with private company. Also, I would want the hotel to have a WhatsApp number for easy communication during the booking process in case I want to call from the United States free of charge.
