I had a nice, relaxing stay at this all-inclusive resort! The property was clean, and the staff make you feel welcome and comfortable. The food options were good, a variety to suit everyone’s tastes.This is a great place families or friends looking to relax and enjoy quality time together. Beautiful property, well kept. We could not make key room cards work. We’d have to walk to the reception several times a day to remagnatize them. I even changed the room because it was too much and it was the same problem. Lots of food but lots of it wasn’t good. If you’re a picky eater you may not like it but if food is down your priority list, then you’ll be fine, no way you’ll be hungry. Beautiful beach. I would recommend if you’re not expecting anything hosh-posh.

This is advertised as a 5 star resort and it definitely does not meet 5 start standards. The food is mediocre, some of the staff are plain rude, not nearly as much "poolside fun" as other resorts we have visited. The coffee maker never worked in our room, and we requested a new one on the app and in person, but never got one. There were many times we could not get into restaurants and you could not make reservations in advance. The gym was nice and we didn't get to try out the spa because no reservations were available. They want you to use the app, but it does not work well.
