2- Zero tolerance for illegal activities. Illegal activities are prohibited within the property and anywhere on the premises. Any guest found to be in violation may be asked to leave the premises immediately, forgetting any payment and/or deposit. noises.

3- Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 9:00am. You can listen to music at a moderate volume that does not disturb the neighbors. Talk quietly in shared spaces like stairs, parking lots, etc.

4- Smoke. Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Animals. We do not accept animals of any kind inside the property. Use of the property. No parties or gatherings are allowed on the property.

5- Security & Energy. Close doors and windows when leaving the apartment. Please turn off air conditioners and lights. Let's help the environment. Electricity is not included.

6- Furniture. In the event that any furniture, accessory or appliance is broken, damaged or stained please notify us immediately so that we can arrange for its replacement/repair. If it is due to misuse during your stay, you will be charged to repair it.

La puerta del patio trasera quebrada lo cual informe ala propietaria de inmediato y no se ISO responsable de repararla de inmediato lo cual estubimos en la propiedad sin poder asegurar esa puerta por lo cual se desaparecieron unas pertenencias entre lo q se encontraba mi brazalete de más de 700 dólares de valor entre otras cosas , además de no ser seguro los pisos por q no son waterproof tube un accidente y me lastime , la piscina con rocas y basura adentro , en el interior de las avitaciones Cucarachas , chinches y otros bichos raros q me provicaron picaduras y alergias un cobro por electricidad elevado q la propietaria pidió y agarro cash personalmente,
