The door code did not work upon our arrival. Host did not answer the phone. We waited over an hour for a call back. We had to go find a lady in another building in the dark to see if she had a key. No fitted sheets on the the beds, bugs crawling up the walls and roaches. The place was not clean. The rugs were filthy. Hair in the bed. The washer didn't work, The refrigerator door opens backwards not allowing you to get food in. No instructions to get to the listed "Private Beach" The communication was bad. We left and are getting a refund.
