The ocean blue and sand resort is a great place to stay. We just came back and we had the most amazing 3 days. From the minute we entered the hotel we were treated like royalty.. We were received with really good welcome drinks (not the watery no flavor ones you get at other resorts). Air conditioned seated check in area. The rooms were clean, beds are comfy, essentials were provided. The entertainment was top of the line. The entertainment team is the best I seen and I been everywhere. They worked all day long to make sure guest were entertain and enjoying there time. Shaggy, Drama Queen, Blue and Sexy Boy were amazing!! They were everywhere, at the pool, at shows and lobby activities and the club. The had a live show that was so well done, I cried at the end. It really felt like everyone was having a great time. The hotels food was great at the buffet, the beach food area and the 3 restaurants we tried. The pool service was top notch Francisco and Misael were very attentive. At the hotel lobby Kelvin made the best drinks. I can’t wait to come back!! I went with a group of friend and we all were very impressed.

A great hotel which is currently having the rooms renovated. The rooms are now lovely and welcoming and the maid service and waiter /bar service is great. The entertainment staff are also fab especially sexy boy and blue . I will miss the aqua aerobics class every lunchtime . We will return .

Great time. The blue team was entertaining and made the days fun. Everyone calls you family and you genuinely feel welcome. Only downside is the food. It’s not horrible, but it’s not good. It’s included so it’s okay.

The hotel is beautiful. The food in the hotel is really good, I would say restaurant quality. The hotel had so much to do. I have never stayed at a hotel like this one before. They had shows every night, entertainment in many areas of the hotel and at different times. They have a game house where you can play pool, bowling, laser tag, and more. Many bars and restaurants but the cherry on top was Mike’s , the coffee house! They had all types of coffee and deserts. The staff was very friendly and courteous. My only suggestions to the hotel would be to have more staff on low seasons to assist on the buffet. At times we had to wait long for a glass of water, a drink or a clean table. Also, they offer a membership to all of their hotels which is an amazing perk. I would recommend to do this introduction on the third or fourth day depending on when guests would stay. Allow guests to experience the hotel and all it has to offer. If they had approach me a few days later, my decision would have been different. But there will always be a next time. I would go back to this hotel and also recommended to friends and family. I have to also mentioned that we had a dedicated member of the staff (Derlin Suero) he was amazing. Every day he sent us information about the activities of the hotel and made reservations for us at the restaurants. He make himself available for everything we needed. He even sent us a message to make sure we made it home ok.

At this resort the staff seemed to be completely checked out. The services I was promised were not provided, anytime I called for service such as transportation or room service I was told they were understaffed. The shower and hut tub were filthy, there was hair stuff in the drains from the previous guests. The food looked old and stale, they were not replacing the buffets with fresh food.

It was a great time at the resort. Lots of fun activities planned for the guests too. Derlin was exceptional and very kind. Premium travel club staff however, were very persistent in selling me travel packages, which I did not like. Overall, great time and will highly recommend.
