We went with six friends, and it was a great experience overall. The food was good (but we’re guys so our standards are not high), and the staff were incredibly kind. They often asked us where we were from and even tried to speak our language, which was both thoughtful and amusing. Since we booked through Expedia, we received special perks, including a complimentary dinner at a fancy restaurant that usually comes with an additional charge. I would recommend this place for couples, as there aren’t many young people to meet. However, the parties and activities were still enjoyable and well-organized.

Notre chambre supérieure vue mer aurait besoin d’un rafraîchissement, le prix de correspond pas à la catégorie choisie pour un 5 étoiles, et est en plein dans le bruit permanent de la piscine. Les portes fenêtres laissent passer le bruit comme si on était en extérieur , donc aucun moyen d’avoir un moment de calme. En payant moins cher on aurait eu une chambre certes sans vue mais loin du tumulte permanent.

L’hôtel fait de la fausse représentation avec son crédit de 300$ offert lors de la réservation. Au moment de notre arrivée, nous avons demandé s’il était possible de l’utiliser pour l’achat de bouteilles de champagne et pour des massages. L’employé nous confirme que oui. Au moment de quitter, il refuse de l’appliquer à notre facture et nous dit que nous sommes menteurs et qu’ils nous à jamais dit ça. Après plusieurs minutes d’argumentation, il nous accorde un crédit de 40$ et nous dit que si nous payons pas la différence ils ne nous laisseront pas quitter l’hôtel. Nous avons été pis en ‘’otage’’ par un établissement avec des pratiques frauduleuses. A éviter.

Omar is the best butler. If it weren’t him our stay wouldn’t have been nearly as enjoyable. The food quality was not what is was on our last visit in 2019. We will not return due to the food quality.

I hated that when we arrived our Reservation was messed up, although I tried getting in touch through Expedia and directly with the hotel. With that said, the people at the hotel were really good to work with and made a horrible arrival switch into a great experience. The staff was wonderful from the Diamond Club help to the Comcierge to our building staff.

Over all the place was not what i expected. Bars all close early when not open even if there is workers at the bar won’t serve you until bar opens, which don’t make sense at adults only. Rooms are very small. If you need to sit down to go to bathroom hope your not over 6ft cause there was no room in toilet area. Food was ok. They had a Christmas special dinner, that was nothing special, then they used the left over food from that Christmas dinner to serve us same food 2 nights later as a special beach dinner. First time I’ve ever been to punta cana, can safely say we will be going back to Mexico for our future trips. People in punta cana make you feel like you are an inconvenience to them where in Mexico everyone is very friendly weather on the resort or not. Drinks were as expected for an all inclusive. Oh yeah I ordered fried chicken from the restaurant munchies and as you can imagine it was deep fried was great until I found a zip tie in the chicken, I do have pictures lol. Over all out of the 5 stars they rank by id give this place a 2. Have a great day

Horrible property absolutely boring. Rude staff. If you’re looking for a fun and lively experience this is NOT the place. They keep following you around to sell their diamond membership. Had a horrible experience here had to switch resorts.

We paid for diamond club ocean view suite so we could get premium drinks & we had butler who we used mainly to book our reservations for restaurant. Check-in was a breeze so that was good along with some of the entertainment. However, food was not so good. Either it was tasteless or just not good. Pizza was okay, steak & sushi 👎. coffee place snacks & diamond club lounge one of the burgers we had by the beach restaurant which i believe is reserved for diamond club people was 👍. Overall 1 star out for food. Next was hospitality. Im not sure why we kept getting ignored and downright been rude to by some of the staff in the front who were not helpful to us but helpful to others. I almost left this hotel for another. Excursions…I ended up paying a lot less booking it myself online but know that some of the transportation for excursions will NOT be allowed to enter to pick you up so be prepared to walk to the gate. By the way diamond club members got to do the hydrotherapy pools which includes cold plunge and jacuzzi pools so that was good as well but again staff seemed cold. Ok lastly the room cleanliness… it was meh. Oh & we were not able to get ice the whole time we were there because it was “broken”. there should be maintenance & more than 1 ice machine location for a hotel this size. expected more for diamond club. Needless to say we loved DR and would be back but NOT to this hotel and again a lot of people will have different experiences but this was our experience.

I read many reviews and watched many videos before going to this hotel. I chose to pay extra for the diamond club for the room’s view (not the pool area or snack lounge). There are no elevators at this resort so you will be walking. The pool furniture is pretty outdated. The hot tub wasn’t so hot. The food offerings were pretty slim. I heard the same six (remixed) songs on repeat for days. If you don’t book the diamond club your room could be in a building that would require a bit of walking. I do think it was worth what we paid for, although I wish there were more healthier options. While I wouldn’t return back to this specific resort in the DR, I would try their sister location in Cancun. It’s also a 40min ride from the airport.

This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed in my life. Do yourself a favor and avoid this resort at all cost! Don’t fall for anything that they are saying on the description. The food was horrible, the pool had Band-Aids, and cigarette butts floating in it, the swim bar had tiles falling off it, they served nothing but cheap alcohol. Unanimously everyone that I encountered on our stay was frustrated with the fact that they booked this location. There are far better places all around Punta Cana. This place should be closed!

Room waa full of mosquitos. I got bitten 4 times throughout the night. So much noise all over the property until 3:45 in the morning. Sink clogged with hair that was not mines. Upon arrival non of the bottles of wine , champagne and brandy were in my room. I got them on the second day and morning of departure.

I joined the diamond club after 3 days and felt like the most special person in the world. My butler Roberto was my favorite part. He catered to me because of my medical issue. He made food reservations, let me know the daily activities and was quick to respond to my requests. I had an issue where I needed to go to the resort Doctor. Roberto walked me to the doctor and stayed with me until I was done. The doctor was amazing. He was Thorough and spent a long time with me not just a quick 15 minute exam. Let me clarify this was my issue nothing to do with the resort. I got moved to a room that has the swim out pool attached to your patio. Amazing!! Splurge and get it. Totally worth it. The beach is beautiful and sitting in comfortable loungers sipping a drink was magical. The drinks flowed freely and were never watered down. Everyone from the gardeners to top management say hello all with a smile on their face. I don’t know how they do it but many staff even remember your name. I felt completely safe and never worried about anything at all. The food was 5 star in my opinion. The buffet really stands out for me. The set up was not only delicious but pleasing to the eyes. There are 7 different restaurants if I remember correctly. Every day and nite there is fun entertainment. I didn’t experience the nite life but it sounded like everyone was always enjoying themselves. The area was clean, rooms clean and comfortable. The grounds were so green and impeccable.
