The resort is really nice with great views. I think the only things I had major problems with is the pushiness and aggression of the people trying to sell you on either spa packages, excursions, or points packages. There was no iron in the room so they sent us a steamer, but it did not work; one of the nights the safe was stuck, but we had to wait until the next day because the front desk stop answering the phone after a certain hour. There were some instances of rudeness from the staff upstairs where they book the presentations which we had to do because we were sold a lie at the airport about an excursion so the hotel offered to give us our money back plus a voucher, but we had to sign up for a presentation to get it although we made it very clear that we were not going to purchase anything And we’re only doing the presentation to be refunded. The salesman was very irritated as was I because I was being held up from enjoying my vacation while walking around the resort listening to a presentation. The restaurants on site were less than desirable. The hibachi place was great along with the presentation. It was the best Restaurant on the entire resort. If I were to visit this location again I would definitely make it known upfront that I do not want to be bothered with over zealous sales people.
