Great staff, great looking hotel but the food was below average. You’ll need to have an independent chef to taste your food and fix. Quality control needs to be done. Then you’ll clearly will be a 5 star hotel.

Awesome vacation. Staff was courteous. Hotel was updated and bery clean. Wide variety of food and delicious. Entertainment staff did a great job around pool and keeping guests happy and doing group games. They also did wonderful job in the evenings with dancing. Stephany went above and beyond to make people feel comfortable and enjoy all the activities. Everything was close and was great for kids and adults.Would recommend to all .

Amazing property. Clean, most staff are very polite and helpful. Some staff at front lobby for check in and out seemed less than helpful. Food was decent. All restaurants you have to book at for food were tough to get into, even though most tables were free and unoccupied. Great experience and pools were awesome. Beach was amazing. Room was cleaned well everyday and staff on that side amazing. Beds comfy and rooms that overlooked the pool areas were great to chill on at night time overlooking the pools and ocean. Will go back for sure.

The property is beautiful but there was a lot of work going on. We had a room with a pool that we could not use. Most of the wait staff was very unfriendly, no matter how much of a tip you left. Now not all of them but most of them. The best restaurant there was the Teriyaki Grill the food was cooked in front of you so you knew it was going to be hot and the chef was nice and very entertaining. The food at the buffet never changed it was the same thing every day and it was always cold. The pizza maker is the best person there and the busiest. He did a great job. The road to the resort were horrible nothing but wholes the poor drivers could barely go over 5 mph so their car would not drag or hit so hard your head hit the roof of the car. The trash on the road was a shame. There was so much trash and no one from the resorts would pick it up. I would never go back. Now that’s just my opinion.

If I could give this ZERO stars I would. I have no words for this place. All I can say is it’s a waste of money a waste of time. For starters the first night we got there our room didn’t have ac it broke when we asked for someone to come fix it I had to bribe a worker to come. When I was told the ac I’d broke and there’s nothing they can do I had to beg for a new room. Someone from our groups room got flooded from their AC unit the first day and refused to change their room as well until they threatened to sue. You have to bribe the worker for anything. They refused to speak English and act they don’t understand so if you don’t know Spanish the staff won’t be nice to you simple like that. I’m American I am grateful to have learned Spanish as I am married to a Hispanic so after they saw I spoke Spanish they would respond to me like a human being. The food was cross contamination all 20 of us got sick to our stomach or had diarrhea or broke out in rashes all over our bodies from the uncleanliness. We had a pool room and the ceiling fell and no one cleaned it up. We were given bloody sheets and I called and called the office no one picked up. I spoke to someone but they never put it in writing so I couldn’t get compensated for that. 5 people from our group left the second day because of the terrible conditions. I feel robbed of my money my time my vacation. Terrible terrible terrible terrible. Never again.

We really liked evrything about the resort. The only issue we had was the food they didn’t have any halal options so we were limited to eating vegan options and seafood. And even with some vegan or seafood option they added wine and alcohol so we also couldn’t have that either. So the food we ate was basic noting for us.

Honestly overall I loved my stay here. The food was good and resort food is usually a miss for me. But Serenades Buffet was good. Only thing was that we had to request rags, which wasn’t too big of a deal. Honestly the trip was like a 8/10 solid. Room was very clean pool was extremely nice.

Property is amazing with all the needs and amenities. The only part I didn’t like is that they give you a tour around and invite you the next day for a VIP breakfast and force you to sign one of their deal packages. Overall the property and stuff is very professional we had a blast.

Our experience at this resort was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, there was no assistance with luggage—just a vague instruction to place it in an unmarked corner, without tagging or reassurance. When I expressed concern, the front desk dismissed it with, “Oh, we have cameras.” We checked in at 1:30 PM but waited in a sweltering, un-air-conditioned lobby until past 4 PM to get our room—far later than the advertised 3 PM. One friend in our group had to wait until after 5 PM, only getting a room after slipping the staff $20. The VIP room we paid extra for offered little beyond pre-booked dinner reservations, which didn’t benefit everyone in our group. The room appeared decent but was filthy—dirty jacuzzi, unswept floors, and unwashed surfaces. Worse, it began flooding that evening, forcing us to mop with our towels. The food was inedible. Staff handled it without gloves, and sanitation was questionable. My vegetarian husband was nearly served rice contaminated by a spatula used for raw chicken at the hibachi restaurant. Communication was also a challenge, as most staff spoke minimal English and couldn’t address our concerns. The only positive was Rosanna Cabrera, a concierge who listened, contacted management, and secured a full refund. Thanks to her, we left early and found a far superior resort. Avoid this place at all costs—it’s plagued by poor service, sanitation issues, and mismanagement! The rest of my friends who stayed all got severe food poisoning

Serenade was a nice place for a vacation. Located on a beautiful beach. The concierge and staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. While there were a few dining options, the reservations were booked up prior to our arrival not giving us a fair advantage to book for dinner every night of our visit. We had the opportunity to try the steakhouse and it was delicious. There was free kayaking on the ocean provided by the resort. I would recommend this resort for a quick 3-4 day vacation.
