We truly enjoyed our stay here. The room was comfortable and the staff is so friendly. This is our first stay where we were assigned a personal butler, Rodny. He did such a fabulous job helping us through our whole stay and helping plan our dinners and daytime activities. We enjoyed all the restaurants, there’s always something we liked! The beach grill was our least enjoyed but all the others were really great. The desserts are amazing. The beach is big and the water is so so turquoise blue! Loved our stay.

This was our first visit to Punta Cana. The beaches were beautiful. The service was impeccable. The property was beautifully maintained. The drinks were very high end and perfectly done. The food was good, not great. We were not able to get a reservation at the restaurants we chose. Even though we tried immediately, as directed. Our butler was very helpful, Angel. We booked a suite with a king bed for 3 people. The room was set up for 2. We explained our situation the entire trip, and felt shame from the staff. Probably not intentional. So we made due. The pools were very nice! The buffets were very nice. We will return

Positives: The staff was friendly. It was my birthday so my butler Rodney decorated my room and they left me a cake and champagne bottle which I GREATLY appreciated! The resort was clean. Improvements: 1. Most pools close at 7. Only one stayed open until 12 2. Food at restaurants was poor quality 3. Resort is mostly empty in the evening after 7 with mostly elderly people 4. No music in majority of resort. The music they had was very low. 5. Little to no entertainment. There was one form of Entertainment on Saturday 6. NO PARTIES OR CLUBS ON RESORT 7. Rooms have no alcohol 8. No available outlets to plug in things. All outlets occupied by lamps. I kept requesting an extension cord and they never brought it. 9. Saw 2 roaming cats in different parts of resort. Thought that was odd. 10. Only one buffet style or cafeteria style food option which is the sports bar. 11. Food options in general were very limited and also poor quality. Not tasty at all. You may be able to find one or two things on the menu you like. 12. Slow food service at bars and restaurants. 13. Refrigerator broken in our room. Did not get cold 14. Baby iguana in the room 15. Sink clogs.

The property was beautiful and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room and surrounding areas were kept very clean. Our Expedia specific butler was very good and contacted us daily to assist with reservations and stocking beverages in the room. She also did some fantastic birthday decorating for us. The premium experience wasn't offered to us at check-in but we did realize the next day and opted in for this. It really makes the most sense to pay for these additional benefits (premium seating area at pool and beach, additional beverage options in the room, spa credits) for an extra usd100 per day, so I would recommend this option. We found some of the beach/pool towels to be a bit tattered, but by far the most problematic part of this trip was the food. Many of the dining locations had similar items and the quality, particularly with the meat, was not great. We really struggled to find decent food and ended up having stomach issues the last 2 days of the trip. Ultimately we ended our trip eating only bread and butter and white rice. While there are many positives about the trip, we were both more than ready to return home from what felt like weight loss camp.

I Loved My Butler Ray. He Was Very Attentive,Polite,Nice,Caring And Respectful. We Did Have A Bad Leak In Our Room Where The AC Was The Ceiling Would Sweat And Water Would Drip Drop And Cause Puddles On The Floor. The Toilet Would Not Flush The Water Tank Would Run All Day Long. Otherwise Besides The Room. The Restaurants,Staff, And Bussboys Were Amazing. Definitely 8/10 For Me.

I had an amazing stay at TRS Turquesa Hotel! The facilities were fantastic, but what truly made our experience unforgettable was the exceptional service from our butler, Rodney. He went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our visit was perfect. His warm demeanor and attentive care made us feel like a VIP. I can't recommend TRS Hotel enough, and if you have the chance to work with Rodney, you're in for a treat!

The property is nice. Lots of greenery and open spaces. Although there is lots of transportation trollies, the grounds are walkable. You can get just about anywhere within 15 minutes. Our Butler, Noris, was always available and went above and beyond. Some of our servers did more than expected and were tipped accordingly, but sadly there were a handful of staff that seemed unhappy and were a bit unpleasant. While I understand that anyone can have a bad day, it does take away from the overall experience of a guest and also the rating. Again, most of the staff were great, but the few rotten apples do leave a bad taste.
