This place sucked please don't go there. Building #5 young punks play loud music till 4am security at hotel refuses to stop even though quiet time is 11 pm. Management was a joke never addressed issues didn't sleep to four nights they moved us to a mosquito infested room. We left and went to Impressive much nicer hotel. They were rude to me and my wife they can suck it.

The staff was amazing.The property was beautiful.The pools were clean but the fact that the dining area is wide open and very hot was not very pleasant and the fact that the birds were coming in trying to steal your food was very annoying

Overall for a short trip it was nice for the price. I was not pleased with the food. It could have been better. Breakfast was the only ok meal they offered. The room view was nice! Garden view with partial ocean view! The restaurants were within walking distance. I always like to visit a place at least once. If I were to be honest I will not return back for a future visit.

Los empleados tratan los dominicanos como perros el señor de la pizzería del Carito en la playa casi nos da gorpe a parte de que hubo que llamar a seguridad porque quería pelear con otra clienta y los chicos de bar de la playa a los dominicanos los trata malísimo en el restaurante todo muy bien en el buffet las camareras nos trataron muy bien y las recepcionistas pero en los bares pésimo servicio y que no hay variedad de comida

El servicio es pésimo, aseo malo, está descuidado, no tienen servicio de enfermería y tienen es una persona para cobrar una consulta de 150 dólares. El buffet es muy regular y descuidado, sirven en los restaurantes especializados en platos rotos. Tienen una linda playa y las personas que se encargan del entrenamiento están muy bien.

Nos quedamos 5 noches en el hotel, nos pareció que el lugar está precioso, tiene bellos jardines, la playa muy bonita, las habitaciones muy cómodas, creo que si podrían mejorar en el buffet, la sección de jugos y refrescos no está tan abastecida y el personal es un poco mal encarado. El check in fue un poco complicado porque solo estaba una persona en el front desk. Pero debo de decir que las actividades que hacen por la noches son diversas y para todo público, si nos hospedaríamos sin ningún problema otra vez.

La mayoria de los empleados no son amables. Solo Mauro en front desk y los q amenizaban los shows en el teatro y en la piscina. No tienen opciones para comer despues de las 10 p.m. Eramos un grupo de 10 y de ellos 2 sufrieron de gastritis. Una termino en el hospital.

Some of the staff was a little bit rude and bored. We were treated a little bit bad by some of them. However, there were very good staff in the hotel like the lady’s in the Spa, I loved them. Not much variety about the food but, it was okay. My fridge didn’t worked but it was okay since I wasn’t in the room for more. Overall, it was a good stay.
