There are several things that needs work, from check in to the actual room. I will post another review as I had several reservations.
1. No wash cloths/ rag provided. Where in the world does a hotel inform guest that they do not provide rags/wash cloth and we should go off property to purchase our own? Please fix this. This is one of the essential things that a hotel SHOULD provide
2. One keycard - 3 adults booked a room and we had so much inconvenience as we all had to share one key. If someone was showering or sleeping we had to go to the front desk to get let in. They would automatically cancel the OTHER key. The front desk told us it was not possible to make two keys. FIX THIS!!! remember you are in the service industry. Do better that’s how you get repeat customers.
So reality is I’m a hotel owner as well. And the property is nice. The service could seriously use upgrading better training in customer service. I shouldn’t have to go to the desk twice in an a few hours to remind you to bring me towels or sheets for the pull out bed. Just do better.
