Newly remodeled home located at end of street, easy walk to beaches and restaurants. Private secure house has three levels, including a casita apartment and rooftop deck with views of the ocean. Indoor/outdoor living space with lovely deep heated saltwater pool.
Quaint area with laid back atmosphere- terrific taco and churro stands as well as excellent seafood restaurants- all walking distance!
Bring friends and family, there is plenty of living space with four outdoor patios and covered private parking. 4 bedrooms can accommodate 10 guests, 3 full bathrooms plus outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
Punta de Mita is becoming more popular, but it still maintains it's authentic small town feel.
Our property manager will meet you personally and is well versed in the area and can provide transportation, and suggestions for the many activities available during your stay. Consider snorkeling in the Marietas Islands, deep sea fishing, and surfing the multiple breaks in the area. Or simply come and relax in your own private paradise.
