Our condo was great - lovely space, beautiful location beach and pools. Problem was dishwasher and disposal didn’t work. We asked for repair. They said they’d send someone but didn’t so no dw or disposal for the entire week. Also small bathroom off of entry smelled terrible - probably mold - and was impossible to use. The resort and space are great. Customer service is not.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
El lugar esta muy lujoso, pero hay muchas reglas que te limitan unas vacaciones con familia. La playa es pequeña y con piedra. No hay opciones de comida cerca del lugar y en los departamentos solo tienen sushi de mala calidad. La limpieza del departamento es mala, las toallas viejas, y en las noches se meten los insectos por debajo de las ventanas.
