It is the only condo location where you are steps from the beach, the local town and your own semi-private pool. Don't worry about getting in the car in order to swim in the ocean! You will be staying in a top of the line resort (without the resort costs). Not only is the space exquisitely decorated, but the concierge service is top of the line. We have a very spacious 3,500 square foot corner unit, which includes one master suite with a king bed and a bathroom with a jacuzzi. The second bedroom is also like the second master with another king bed and a private bathroom with a large tub and shower. The third bedroom has double beds and private bathroom. The fourth bedroom is great for kids with bunk beds and a wash room. The lower bunk bed is a full and the top is a twin. There are 4 ½ baths and a utility room.

The living and dining area comfortably accommodate eight people with ample seating and spectacular views to the Pacific. With the sliding glass wall opened, the living room flows into the covered lanai for outdoor dining and lounging spaces, such that all may enjoy the beauty and comfort of the Punta Mita environment. It feels like the ideal indoor/outdoor living experience. The wonderful lanai deck has unobstructed views to the ocean and to the west across the seventh fairway.

The modern fully equipped kitchen has state of the art Wolf and Subzero appliances. The spacious living area is tastefully decorated by a leading interior designer providing style as well as comfort. The large granite kitchen counter island allows four adults to sit and converse while dinner is being prepared or to stream your favorite shows during breakfast. A music system is provided for home entertainment. There is high speed fiber optic cable internet throughout the entire unit.

The expansive terrace with views to the pool, vegetation and ocean is a fabulous area for sharing stories about your performance on the Jack Nicklaus courses or how many whales you saw jumping in the ocean that day. The resort is home to the award winning Four Seasons Hotel, the recently completed St. Regis Hotel, and two Jack Nicklaus Golf Courses. Our corner unit has exceptional unobstructed views across the Bay of Bandares and to the west it overlooks the seventh fairway of the Pacifico Signature Course. We are a short walk, three hundred yards, through a Punta Mita gate to the delightful Punta De Mita fishing village and restaurant row for evening entertainment and beach front dining. You don't have to worry about driving home after a few margaritas.

Beach and Pools – Pool and beach options abound. The nearest pool is 100 feet from the front of our unit. The Hacienda de Mita Beach Club is 200 yards away and includes a beautiful beach ideal for younger families, infinity pool, hot tub and available massage therapist. In addition, as our guest you will also have free access to the Residents Beach Club and the Kupuri Beach Club, with amenities such as kids’ pool, adult pool, beach cabanas with towels, kayaks, wonderful beaches for swimming and relaxing, and a casual restaurants offering terrific beachside refreshments.

Golf – You will have access at member guest rates to the two Jack Nicklaus Courses at the Four Seasons Club Punta Mita, rated by Conde Nast as one of the top 100 resort golf courses in the world. The signature third hole, ‘The Tale of the Whale’, sits on an island just off the beach from the Residents Beach Club and is truly one of golf’s most unique and stunningly beautiful holes.

Throughout the year guests will have access to the excellent tennis courts and a delightful outdoor restaurant, ideal for a pleasant lunch after golf.
