Nice hotel and excellent service
the place is just as described and it was a very nice place. I must highlight the excellent service, the staff is very friendly. The only two tiny things are: parking is on the street and during breakfast you must ask for food that should be placed on a counter for self service instead. Having to ask for a muffin in a continental breakfast is very weird, even when the personnel is lovely. Other than this the place is superb

Superb little hotel in Punta del Este
Super recommend Hotel in Punta del Este. Quiet area, close to everything. The Hotel is small and it was excellently renovated. People was super friendly and excellent service.

The hotel was really clean, nice, modern, and well located. The breakfast was ok, it can be much better for Punta del Este, especially the pastry and coffee. The only thing I truly disliked is that I am a gold member on Expedia and I always get either room upgrades or late check outs at vip access hotels like this one. This time I asked and none of it was given to us, neither a room upgrade or a late check out, and our flight was leaving late at night so it would've helped a lot.

Such a beautiful hotel!
Beautiful hotel not far from the beach but secluded enough. The rooms were great, the staff is super friendly and everything looks brand new. Highly recommended.

Nice little hotel for a short stay. Nothing spectacular but a good value located in a nice quiet and safe neighborhood. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was buffet style with a moderate selection.

O hotel é novo, bonito, limpo, confortável, decoração moderna. O atendimento é ótimo. Tivemos um problema no check in, pq a reserva tinha sido cancelada na plataforma (???). Prontamente o problema foi resolvido, sem nenhuma intercorrência. Os quartos são muito bons, a área da piscina é uma delícia! O café da manhã acompanha o padrão do hotel. Não é próximo ao centro, mas está localizado num bairro muito bonito e muito tranquilo. Aprovadíssimo!

O Hotel é maravilhoso, quarto amplo, cama extremamente confortável e grande, banheiro com chuveiro revigorante, ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente, wifi com velocidade, piscina aquecida e jacuzzi com temperaturas agradáveis, roupões de banho são disponibilizados nos quartos, café da manhã com bastante opçoes e tudo fresquinho, funcionários simpaticos e dispostos a ajudar. Um elogio em especial para o recepcionista Adriano que foi extremamente atencioso. A única coisa que o hotel deixa a desejar é a falta de serviços para refeições, o hotel não oferece almoço e nem jantar, pra piorar a situação, o hotel fica muito distante do centro para quem está a pé, não há comercio nas redondezas. Pegar um Uber do hotel para o centro fica na faixa dos 40,00 cada trecho e a distancia não é tão longa para quem está de carro, fica a 3 km aproximadamente. Se preparem, o Uruguai é maravilhoso, mas é tudo muito caro. Não pensem que vai ser barato o passeio porque não vai, mas vale muito a pena.
