During my recent stay at Finest, playa mujeres mexico, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my vacation experience. Firstly, upon arrival, I was dismayed to find that several restaurants listed as part of the all-inclusive package were unexpectedly closed. This limitation was particularly problematic as it meant my five-year-old child was unable to access suitable dining options, severely restricting our meal choices. Moreover, the customer service experience at the front desk was deeply disappointing. The staff member I interacted with was notably rude and dismissive, which made me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a guest I spoke to a person named Diego, I couldn't help but wonder if my treatment was influenced by my Dominican nationality, which is an unsettling thought to have when on vacation. While I understand that unexpected closures can occur, especially in the hospitality industry, the lack of alternative arrangements or proactive communication from the resort management exacerbated the situation. As a guest who had looked forward to a relaxing and enjoyable stay, these issues left a lasting negative impression. I hope that this feedback encourages Finest to improve their communication practices and ensure that all guests, regardless of nationality, receive the high standard of hospitality they expect from an all-inclusive resort.

If you are looking for a crazy party hotel this is not for you. I found it really peaceful even though the hotel was fully booked it doesn’t seem to be when you walk around it. It has many pools so people are spread all over. Very nice kids area. Food is everywhere at all time. But the best is the attention from the staff. They are really nice and always try to go the extra mile. If I had to say something bad was the shows. Nothing I hadn’t seen before maybe a little boring but maybe others me expecting more. But overall great experience if you want a vacation to just relax.

Did not think this place was worth the price. The pools (they advertise like 10 pools) are just regular pools, nothing to write home about, and several were under maintenance or were 'swim up' pools for swim up suites, which you would not want to swim in. Pools had no slides, no waterfalls, no beach entry...nothing, just regular square pools. The kids club was fun for the kids but far from everything, so you have to keep going back and forth. The kids club didn't allow any cocktails to be brought in from any of property bars, which makes a very boring time for the parents!!!! Beach was nice and service was good. Just not worth the price in my opinion.

This is a lovely resort. It is so clean, there are people out all day making sure everything is spotless. The staff is beyond exceptional. Shout out to Alejandro for making our mornings so wonderful in the Kitchen Market. Walking around the property is nice and there are so many places to get drinks and ice cream. The loss of a star is for 2 reasons. First, the food is just okay. The Thai and hibachi was delicious but everything else is just decent. The second was that the children’s play area is cement floors and for the little ones like my child, I couldn’t let them wobble around and play with fear of him falling and seriously getting hurt.
