In a quiet location in the countryside, this spacious and practical vacation home with communal swimming pool welcomes you.

Welcome to this large house that welcomes you and your loved ones. There is another house on the property, so you can spend a vacation together with extended family or family friends. The inviting house is well and practically furnished and offers you everything you need for a carefree vacation on two floors. Both in summer and winter you can experience swimming fun in the pool, which you share with the neighboring house. In the winter months, the pool is also heated. You can spend the warm summer evenings barbecuing on the sun-protected terrace and your children will enjoy the swings and playground equipment.

The location of the house is simply ideal to unwind and explore the surroundings while hiking and mountain biking. You can also experience the Sierra de Baza Natural Park with its large mountainous region with pine and Mediterranean forests and numerous bird species. If the longing for the sea is great, you can take day trips to the Andalusian coast and return to the vacation home relaxed after soothing baths in the sea!

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2024. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to one pet is allowed. Indoor heated pool on site shared with other guests is open all year.
