Beachfront Villa Olive Mill with a private pool

This extraordinary beachfront villa will take your breath away with its location. It is a 130 years old traditional Dalmatian olive mill remade into stone villa that is best for 10 guests. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped modern kitchen with dining area and one bedroom with a queen size bed. The living room area has a flat screen TV with satellite and a sofa where you can relax with a glass of wine. This whole area has an exit to the pool area and beach that is directly infront of the house. There is also a toilet and laundy facility. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and two bedrooms with two single beds each and ensuite bathrooms. On the ground floor there is also one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
In the garden you will find private pool with sunloungers and parasol,  BBQ with outdoor seating area and playground with swing and slide. Whole property is covered with WIFI and AC units in every room. There is a free private parking lot suitable for three cars. The beach  is only 5 meters away. Boat mooring is also available (2m draught). Brijesta is a village in the municipality of Ston. The Dubrovnik-Neretva County is the most south part of Croatia and includes the Peninsula Pelješac (65 km long). The bay of Mali Ston separates the mainland from Pelješac. Ston is very well known for its second longest walls in Europe. 24 km north of Ston (or 75 km north of Dubrovnik) lies this peaceful village of Brijesta. Brijesta offers typical Mediterranean climate, lush vegetation and crystal clear waters of the Adriatic Sea. During the 7 month period from April through October (214 days), Brijesta reserves an average of 194 sunny days with moderately hot and warm weather.

Wonderful family vacation
We had a fantastic time at this newlet remodeled, immaculate home! We had 4 adults and 6 kids and stayed the last week of May. The weather was great! My family swam everyday in the warm, crystal clear water of the Adriatic. No waves or wind. We had the sea to ourselves! The pool was great for my 6 year old. All 4 bedrooms had an attached bathroom and it’s own AC. We had several parking spots for our giant 9 seater van right next to the house. There was all new appliances and amenities that worked well for this Denver family! The house was centrally located for Dubrovnik, Medugorije, and Mostar. The hosts were wonderful, helpful and unobtrusive. They even surprised my big family with an authentic Dalmatian dinner (it was delicious!) We loved our week long stay and it was absolutely perfect for our family of 10!
Stayed 6 nights in May 2023
