Cosy chalet in good location

Nice chalet in convenient location with short walk to the slopes. We had a large group of two families with 6 teenage children between us and the layout of the chalet allowed the kids to sit together separate from the adults if/when they wanted. Wood burner upstairs made the chalet very cosy. Good cooking facilities. Host was very friendly with great communication and sorted out a couple of minor problems quickly; very good communications at all times. We would use the chalet again without hesitation.

idéalement situé dans un village très calme, proche des pistes, proche de la petite boutique du village. De très belles randonnées et promenades pour ceux qui ne skient pas. Quelques axes d'amélioration notable mais un beau chalet à l'emplacement idéal.

Un chalet très charmant, à l'emplacement idéal pour skier, se promener et profiter du village du puy st Vincent 1400. Nous avons apprécié les environs, quelques promenades dans la montagne et le soleil qui est très appréciable sur la terrasse à midi-13h pour un apéro après les pistes. Nous avons néanmoins regretté que l'entretien du chalet reste très sommaire, avec un prix de ménage de 80 euros mais beaucoup de choses a relaver à notre arrivée (notamment dans la cuisine). Nous nous y sommes senti bien, mais des progrès sur l'entretien général sont à apporter aux vues du prix de la location. Concernant les draps, il est a noté que 8 lits sont simples et donc nécessitent des draps de 90 et que 2 lits sont double et nécessite des draps de 160 pour être confortable. Nous avions heureusement prévus plus de draps que nécessaire, ce qui nous a permis de pouvoir tous dormir sur des lits propres. L'ambiance générale du chalet reste très appréciable pour des vacances en famille.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans le spacieux chalet de Mme Reynard très bien équipé et aménagé, confortable avec de nombreuses chambres et une belle pièce de vie à l’étage , permettant de réunir toute la famille pour des moments conviviaux. Par ailleurs il est bien situé dans le village des Près à 1400, à la fois proche des commerces, des pistes de ski et des sentiers de randonnée. Un must à recommander sans hésitation !

ce chalet représente pour moi le chalet dont rêve une citadine : très joliment décoré, très ensoleillé, avec une vue ouverte sur la montagne, des pièces spacieuses permettant de vivre à une dizaine sans se gêner, avec des pièces séparées pour pouvoir s'isoler et préserver son intimité tout en étant en groupe ou en famille..Les parquets ,les grandes baies vitrées ,le poêle à bois, la cuisinière à l'ancienne...tout joue en faveur du dépaysement. Sans compter son excellent entretien et son confort . je reviendrai avec plaisir dans ce lieu chaleureux.

Le Joli pitchoun

Ce gîte spacieux, situé à proximité des pistes de puy saint vincent (1400) est trés bien agencé et peux recevoir sana problème 10 pesonnes. Sa situation entre piste et commerce le rend trés agréable tout comme l'est d'ailleur sa propriètaire. Nous avons été séduits en 2010 et y retournons en 2011.
