A beautiful home with quality services, private pool and Spas

On the hilltop, this beautiful mansion overlooks the small surrounding valleys. The honour court, located on the south east coast, allows you to discover the property where a renovation was made with out most respect of the local traditions. It includes one spacious entrance hall with a stone staircase leading to a basement converted into a cinema, WCs with sink and one bedroom with a pool view (under floor gas heating system). The entrance hall leads to a beautiful lounge with mullion windows, dressing, WCs with washbasin and four large bedrooms fully equipped with private shower room. Reception hall, large dining room and "family" kitchen with a natural stone central island. A utility room and WCs with washbasin are adjacent to the kitchen. The salt water and heated pool (15 x 5 m) was built within the old barn. The property is located on a small Champaign road.

Perfection inside and outside - stunning views
We spent 2 weeks here as a family of 4. Stunning location with truly spectacular views across countryside. Gorgeous salt water swimming pool - it must have been maintained but we never saw anyone! Extremely well equipped kitchen / has everything you need plus more. House is enormous - and well decorated. Never seen so many armoires in 1 house! Would be great for several families as lots of room. Would say not suitable for young children as windows open onto v high drop plus no fence on terrace. Would definitely return. Very helpful owner who arrived within the hour when we couldn’t find key to pool! Thank you !

Très belle maison élégante très bien placée et confortable Points à améliorer Mobilier extérieur insuffisant et de médiocre qualité Équipement de piscine en panne ou vétuste … Nécessite une remise à niveau pour égaler avec l’environnement de haut niveau. Dans 1 Salle de bain robinetterie douche défectueuse . Sinon nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous reviendrions avec plaisir . M Aubin

Belle demeure
Cette propriété était superbe, dans un environnement calme avec une très belle vue sur la campagne ! Par contre petite erreur sur l'annonce, il est indiqué 4 sdb et dans le corps de l'annonce 9 ....après les petits inconvénients : les mouches ....ensuite un peu loin des ravitaillements, mais nous étions à la campagne !!! Malgré tout, un excellent séjour dans une magnifique région.

Une semaine de repos dans une superbe propriété
Superbe maison de maître XVIII siècle rénovée avec goût, un peu éloignée des lieux d'approvisionnement et des lieux de visite , mais idéale pour une semaine de repos en famille et...en temps de pandémie ! La piscine est un vrai plus.

demeure tout confort dans le calme avec vue magnifique sur la vallée. Je recommande fortement pour ceux qui souhaitent un séjour dans un havre de paix, avec toutefois des commerces pas loin soit à Agen soit à Puymirol. Les propriétaires sont sympas et à disposition pour répondre à toute question.

Très belle semaine de vacances
Très belle propriété avec vue magnifique sur la région. Très belle piscine. Attention, pas de volets ni de rideaux occultants, donc pas toujours évident de faire dormir les enfants. Une petite explication sur les points pratiques (dépose des ordures ménagères) et un petit nécessaire (éponge, produits de nettoyage) auraient rendu ce séjour, déjà parfait, plus que parfait !... Un petit regret : si la relation directe avec le propriétaire s'est très bien passée, celle par mail avec la personne chargée de la location a été moins sympathique... Mais c'est vraiment un petit regret au regard de la qualité de la location.

Muy agradable, un lugar encantador y tranquilo, una casa maravillosa y la piscina también. Peros: al llevar tus sábanas las medidas no se corresponden con las que te da el propietario, como no te recibe nadie al llegar vas un poco perdido con el funcionamiento. Otro problema es que no hay donde tirar basuras. No es apta para personas con discapacidad

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette maison. Belle demeure ancienne entièrement rénovée avec beaucoup de goût. Très agréable et bien équipée. La maison et le jardin offrent beaucoup d'espace. La piscine est très agréable et très bien entretenue. Situation de la maison au calme, en pleine campagne. On se sent chez soi toute étant peu éloigné des villages (boulangerie, marchés) et d'Agen. La vue est imprenable !! Le propriétaire, M. Vernet, est joignable et disponible pour toute question.
