Close to Heart Hospital which is why we chose it. Breakfast area was clean and well-stocked. Our room had stains all over the carpet and couch, furniture was very banged up, drawers didn't close all the way. Elevators were dirty and smelled like smoke. It worked for our purposes, but I imagine we will look elsewhere to stay if needed in the future.

This hotel had some of the most amazing staff at the front desk I have ever dealt with. We had made a mistake with our check in and they were able to fix everything for us and work it all out. It was so nice of them and all of them were just so incredibly kind.

The employees were absolutely kind and sweet. However when I entered room there were stains on carpet and sofa had stains aswell, It didn't give me a clean feeling. Later on after 12am ,I felt something crawling on my face, it was a bed bug. I turned all the lights on and didn't sleep one wink, My son and daughter woke up in the morning with bites all over there arms. It was not a good experience, especially when I was exhausted. But the staff was kind.

My room 336 needs a new tv stand shower was nasty and the plug wouldn’t stay up . Swimming area was nasty and hair just floating in the pull , staff at the front counter was never there and I called text waited at the front for someone to help me with get another pillow and cover bc ours had blood on them .
