"The hotel is kind of old style but I mean it in a good way! The decor of the building and rooms is very classic, you have to leave the key (one!) at reception every time you leave the property, you need to interact with someone every time you need something, including entering the property after a certain hour. And yet I found it somewhat refreshing, it kind of reminds you to take things a bit slower. The room was very comfortable and spacious and the fridge, the coffee machine, and kettle are very useful if you want to stay in and have a cup of tea or enjoy a simple wine, bread and French cheese dinner. A special thanks to Marianne, Kevin, and Brian who were always friendly and welcomed with a smile our (probably silly) attempts at speaking French!"
