You will be charmed in this peaceful and comfortable place. The condo is located near the Saint-Laurent River with views of the mountains on the other side and a few minutes from the Sainte-Anne Basilica and Mont Sainte-Anne. Nearby, you will also find a great microbrewery. You will have everything you need for a pleasant stay with nearby amenities and access to the river.

This condo is accessible on the ground floor and is located in an isolated building containing only 2 condos. You enter in an open space with a view of the river and you will find the living room, the dining room and the kitchen. In the living room, you have a TV, a wood fireplace and a sofa bed. To accommodation's capacity is 5 peoples; the condo offers 2 queen beds and 1 small sofa bed. The queen beds are each in a private bedroom.

C’est plus un appart qu’un condo. Des rénovations ont été faites mais il manque de finition. Le bâtiment extérieur manque bcp d’amour mais la partie jardin sur le bord du g de neuve est splendide. Il y a bcp de commodité pour cuisiner et le mobilier est approprié Le propane est fourni pour le BBQ Nous avons partagé nos observations aux personnes concernées pour les améliorations à faire. S’ils les font, ce sera vraiment un beau lieu avec une vue magnifique
