Superbe appartement! Spacieux et tout ce qu’il faut pour préparer les repas. Propreté impeccable et lits très confortables.
Arrivée à l’appartement super facile.
Loved my stay at the Loft du Vitré, we appreciated the cleanliness and the 2 separate bedrooms WITH their adjacent bathroom! Although a bit far from the main attractions we wanted to visit, it was at a fair distance by Uber, costing a few bucks (less than 15$) per ride. Highly recommend and we decided it will be our place to stay for the next Qc city visit!

So close, yet so far.
As with my other review for another Lofts property, the quality of the rooms is good but the cleaning is leaving a lot to be desired and the communication was a nightmare to be honest. The staff are nice when you see them in pedson, but good luck getting the email for check in, any cohesive instructions, or follow up. The most disjointed of experiences. Be aware this hotel is in a residential hood outside of downtown.
The room was large and clean. But lacked a lot.
No storage. No dresser or closet in the bedroom, only 5 hangers and a hook. We had to live out of our suitcase. The bathroom was large , but again very little storage. Only a bookcase style cabinet and a few hooks for towels. With all the room in the bathroom, could have used more shelves. Also, shower didn't drain correctly, so floor was always soaked after showers. We had to soak up the water with the towels. Called to have this checked, but still had same issue.
No one was ever available to speak to in person. Could only communicate by email or phone.
Room lacked privacy, windows only had sheer panels and no shades. Room became very hot on sunny days, which made it very uncomfortable.
7 minutes to old city.. very easy to drive to and from. Property was excellent condition.
Parking worked out for us but be prepared and plan as need to use city street or two lots close by.
