The room was not equipped with proper and working utilities. The toilet was broken and had to be fixed by my boyfriend multiple times, the coffee machine leaked everywhere on the ground after we tried to use it, the vending machine was almost empty, and the television was not user friendly and had no cable box. For over 100 dollars I expected to have access to more for the night. The staff were very accommodating (other than the fact that the manager wasn’t in at all and we could speak to no one about a compensation).

Rooms are large & clean, but very sterile looking. Bathroom needed more shelf space or a cupboard. It is next door to a restaurant at which you can receive a 20% discount. The room was reasonably priced.

We were in Room which turns out to be located directly over the basement laundry. The sound of the dryers was like a pounding, bouncing basketball for hours! All the Front Desk staff could do is leave a note for their supervisor.

A newly renovated hotel!

This is our second stay. First was during Renos with a newly renovated room. This time it was fully renovated. We were impressed with the room. Comfy beds, loved the walk in showere with adjustable removable shower hose. In room coffee maker, small fridge. There was an ice machine in the lobby and a coffee machine with various types of hot drinks.
