Heated indoor pool was relaxing after a long day.
We had a wonderful 2 nights at this hotel. Enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub and the sitting area. The love birds were cool too. Room could use some updates but good overall.

Room 419
First of all, they give us the secret room #419. When we get off the elevator, the sign saying room 418- 449 (left arrow) gives us the wrong direction. The room 419 is the last one at the opposite corner (right side) and no clue is given, we have to walk there to find out. Not a big deal, but walking around with all the bags, and the baby, that was a little challenge... In the room, one of the matress was very used, completly soft on one side. Also, the heating system was very loud and working every 30-40 min. The hairdryer was not working and I had to call the front desk to get it fixed (one guy came a few minutes later and change it for a new one, that was good). The last thing that I have to complain about is the ventilation exit in the bathroom that was very dirty, like it has not been cleaned for months. The pool area was very nice and clean and we had appreciate the tranquility of the corner (after that we know where to go to find the room hahaha) The second matress was nice and ferm.

Understaffed and worn out
Upon check in we got to the room, one of the bed box spring was broken in half, merely touching it made the mattress go right through the frame. There is no phone in the room, I tried to call front desk from my cell, twice they answer and put me on hold right away for 20 minutes and never came back to me. I went downstairs and there was a lineup of 5 people waiting for check in and nobody to tend to them, only one person in an office taking reservations by phone which took forever . I had to argue to get another room they wanted to get maintenance to come look at it which made no sense and would have taken forever. They expected me to wait in the room with hungry children. New room had no broken beds but there was a weird smell, a very noisy and poorly performing heater and no wifi, I had to deal with pissed off children but it took so long to get new room that I gave up. All wallpaper everywhere is lifted and peeling off on it’s own, the floors are all lifting as if there was water infiltration underneath. The pool is the only highlight, it looks like this hotel used to be nice but now it needs serious renovations.

A warm pool with a lot of restaurant around. A good place to stay cleqn but a little bit old and lack of paint on some doors. But besides that it was a perfect stay. Bathrooms renovated and keep in good condition. They clean really good the room too.
