Leah is an excellent staff at front desk who welcomed us very polity, and was very understanding. The hotel unfortunately smells strongly of chlorine. The strong smell is on all floors especially main floor. The strong smell seeps into the room if you have a room by the pool. Very poorly ventilated rooms and environment. 1 old and small elevator and old run down hotel. Desperately needs renovations and repairs. We had planned to check in for 3 nights but unfortunately when experienced this we checked out right away. Sorry to say will not be booking at this hotel ever again.

The staff were very friendly and very accommodating to speaking English or French. The beds and rooms were clean, however there was mould in the bathroom. The pool area was very dark at night and VERY slippery. The building itself was older and in need of some repairs but nothing that affected our stay. We didn’t have high expectations for this hotel but we’re pleasantly surprised it was okay.

The room had a lot of damage to it. Peeling toilet seat, baseboards looked dirty, cupboards and doors had gouges and the bathroom door didnt lock. Beds were comfortable. And it was nice to have a fridge and actual glasses and mugs. Fine for a 1night stay. But I wouldn't stay longer.

One of the dirtiest hotel room that i haven been in my life. Need to inject money and give a second life to this establishment. However, all the team's gave us a very good service.

The property is getting updates, but i think our room was mid updates. No bar for the door lock, nothing to hang clothes on, water stained ceiling in entry, peeling ceiling in bathroom. The heating/ cooling system in the room was really loud. Maybe not all rooms were like that. The lobby updates seemed quite nice.

A three hour wait for our room - the mattress didn't fit the box spring and uncomfortable - zero amenities - poor wifi - very low water pressure - dirty towels - no hot water on first night - musty smell in room - very noisy AC - door didn't close properly (we're had to slam it shut). A zero star dump.
