Staff is great. However, physical condition of facility is marginal. Paper coming off wall; broken automatic door switch; broken bathroom tiles; bar is never open. With improvement of problems with the physical aspects of the family, this would be a great place. Price is more than reasonable, it's easily accessible, plenty of parking. Beds are very comfortable. Pool area is great. All staff is bilingual. If management fixes up the physical facility, it would be a great hotel.

Black mold on washroom ceilinbg and randome spots around tub. Also lost of dust on table especially around tv. Also flooring is like paper it's all torn around bed At least that part of the hotel was quieter than the balcony rooms

Room was clean but in need of some repair. Shower floor very slippery! Staff very nice and helpful and provided us with early check-in as we arrived very early from our cruise. Restaurant was awesome and had the best General Tao chicken ever!

De mal en pis
Nous avons choisi l'hôtel pour la piscine et le spa mais celui-ci ne fonctionnait pas....encore une fois. La propreté de la chambre est ok sans plus. Plus ça va et plus nous trouvons cet établissement en laisser-aller. Probablement notre dernière visite à cette place.
