Staff was kind of rude but hotel is okay
When we first arrived, we went down stairs to use the public toilets. There were tiny bugs all over the floors. Not an issue it is a basement. Our room was clean, the beds comfy, and decent for the night we stayed. We checked everything and there wasn't a bug insight inside the room. The flooring was a bonus, because carpet is sketchy. The only issue was that I had a stay booked for January and they charged me for it shortly after I checked in. I booked through hotels.com with the reserve now pay later option. I told the woman at the desk they charged me and she insisted that it was so I didn't have to pay when I came in January. I argued the charge and she was rather rude but refunded it. I was not impressed and will not be staying there in January. I was charged ahead of my reservation for December as well. At 4pm exactly they charged me. I again asked for pay at property options so I am unsure why they do that.

Easy access to airport, shopping areas, and highways. The front staff are efficient but not friendly. A bit noisy in the hallway. Room with fridge and Keurig coffee maker. It's a very comfortable bed. AC/heating device is very loud. There was a shared microwave and fancy coffee machine in the lobby. Second stay at this hotel.

Was put on the first floor, it snowed that day, so I had the truck cleaning snow all night outside my window, couldn’t sleep. No water fountain, all they had was coffee and ice.

The property condition was bed. The room was still okay but overall lot of smoking smell, the parking was so inconvinient. The basement access to parking was in bad shape. Overall - you dont feel the value for the money.
