Good location for staying over night Ali no highway. Large and comfortable rooms. Good full hot breakfast. Only complaint was we were across the room of someone with a small dog that kept yapping in the evening and throughout the night.

This place needs an upgrade. It was clean but carpet spotted, handle of the toilet barely holding, toilet took for ever to flush and kept making noises, entry lamp wasn't functioning. You have to walk all the way down the hall of the first floor to take the stairs to the second floor.

Breakfast included with booking is convenient with plenty of food, juices and coffee. The hotel front desk staff are friendly and efficient. The hotel is "well used" and is functional but could use a timely renovation. Hotel location is excellent asit is directly off Autoroute 20.

Room was clean but dated. Staff was friendly. For a small place, they served an amazing breakfast with full choices, eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, yogurt, etc. The breakfast was fresh.

The room was clean and had everything we needed. The location was excellent. The fridge was very loud - if you are a light sleeper, you won't be able to run the fridge. We put in the booking that we were three people (including an 8 year old child) but linens for the pull out couch weren't in the room and we had to ask for them. Breakfast was pretty abysmal.

Room was old and shabby Floors were worn and dirty Bathtub had pubic hair in it Comforter was stained and obviously not recently washed and also was chewed on the edge Was charged an extra $45.00 for my dog and told they had to also upgrade the room even though we booked a pet friendly room Staff was surly and said I would be charged an extra $100.00 if any pet hair found on furniture or bed This is the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I would like a complete refund and an apology in writing If I hadn’t just driven 1000km and been so tired and sore I would have slept in my truck

Stayed for two days, no maid service, no clean towels, no shampoo in room. Disappointing for what you pay to stay. Back door open all evening, no security. No key required to go in a side door.
