Very friendly staff and clean room. the front desk also introduced us to take the ferry directly to Quebec City, avoid all traffic.

Roomsl needs to be refurbished, old style bathroom. Many dead flyes in the ceiling light fixture. Old carpet. Very strong perfume smell in the lobby...too strong it left a taste on my tongue.

Terrible service
The room was supposed to be booked for aug, hotels.com had an error and the dates changed on the booking. They informed me they could not cancel the booking and it would need to be done by the hotel but they refused to cancel it.
