Our room was comfortable and the staff were lovely. The value for Quebec City travel is fantastic— free, excellent breakfast, then catch the Lévis-Quebec ferry for an affordable, easy visit to the old city. I was dissatisfied with the pool and hot tub upkeep and cleanliness. Half the overhead lights were out, the pool deck was slimy and the pool cloudy. The hot tub smelled like feet. So, if you’re not into swimming— this hotel is excellent!!

It was clean and the staff were friendly . The only downside was that we were travelling with our small dog and they charged way too much. They should advertise the rate for pet and Days inn should be consistent. Levi was $50 - Days inn in Edmundston was $10 for the same small dog !!!

Bedding was covered in hair, staff were kind and came and changed it though. Most uncomfortable beds out of all the hotels we stayed in during our trip. Also, they over booked us our first night and had to downgrade our room.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was very good. Pool was nice but hot tub needed to be cleaned. The room felt damp due to the humidity. Beds were comfortable. The hallways needed to be vacuumed.

Property was nice , it’s always nice to have a breakfast included, however the eggs were terrible, hash browns would have been good had they been hot. Also my husband made waffles , but because the pans have not been oiled in awhile the waffles stuck and it was a big mess on his plate. We also stayed at the Days Inn Fredricton,the night before and the breakfast was good there!

Good location and fine for the price paid but not perfect. Cracked mirror that should be replaced and shower head not working properly. I was there for 1 night for business so it was fine. Room was located on the busy street. Not ideal but with windows closed was fine.
