The hotel seemed nice enough but the “upgraded” queen room wasn’t great. The queen bed was more the size of a double bed and was really uncomfortable. The continental breakfast wasn’t much of one and quite limited. Overall, not great and we will not return.

Forgot a valuable item in my room and called a few times, even showed up, i never go it back. It “disappeared”. And everytime I spone with someone they promised someone would call me back to follow up which never happened. Not going back.

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Times Hotel Quebec City Airport. The staff was incredibly helpful and efficient, ensuring that our check-in process was fast and smooth. We were traveling with a baby, and one of the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We required a microwave to heat up food daily, and they promptly brought one specifically for our unit. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist made our stay comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommend this hotel for families!!
