Great renovated, classic building. Steep stairs leading to main entrance not good for elderly and/or infirm customers. Not a great breakfast offering. Nice, large, clean, comfortable room.

After cruise stay.
Located next to a park with a lovely view of the Saint Lawrence River. Back entrance for easy entrance for guests with a room key. Front entrance steps may be difficult for handicapped. Close to the Citadelle and local restaurants. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. A bit tight by the foot of the bed.

Comfy beds, continental breakfast available (fruit, bagels, toast, yoghurt, cold hard boiled eggs, ham, pancakes, individual quiches, beans. You can buy wine by the glass and there is 24 hr coffee available - cappuccino, espresso, etc). The front door to the hotel has steep stairs but the back door is wheelchair accessible. Lots of restaurants around. Gym on premises.

Room is small. Not much room for luggage. Only 3 hangers in the room. It would have been helpful to know there is a rear entrance with no steps prior to arrival. Our taxi dropped us at the front door and we struggled up the 11 steps with our suitcases. Samuel was very nice at the reception desk.

Loved the location. Easy walking to where ever you wanted to go. The old city, the citadel, shopping and dining, park. Our room was good, basic, but clean and comfortable. We traveled with several other couples some had interesting rooms with the shower in the room not in closed in a bathroom or the bathroom sink in the room. Ours was as it should, but I would investigate that before you book if that is important to you.
