All rooms here are unique. The staff is all polite and helpful. The common area of the hotel is lovely and comfortable. Breakfast and coffee is served there. This hotel is located on the border street of the old town so easy access to cabs and parking, but still a very short walk to all the great restaurants and attractions inside the walls. Highly recommended.

The whole staff was incredible, the front desk clerk that greeted us the day we asrived was a God sent she went above and beyond to help us with tours taxi cabs reservations it was unbeliable Her help made our mother daughter trip an experience of a life time. This was a get away for a couple. We found them to be very friendly. Always asking if everything was ok, and did we need for anything. Our room was spotless and the breakfast was wonderful.

I haven't enough praise and love for the people and the facilities. We stayed here a year ago, again this year, and look forward to coming back. This is a most friendly and personal small hotel, with a staff the is caring and ready to make your stay the best. A special shout out to Soa, who is one of those people the world needs a million of. That is not to say that anyone else is any less friendly. Located within walking distance from all the sights, shops and restaurants. The continental breakfast is an art piece that is lovely to behold. A gem of a find to say the least!

The staff was super accommodating. I had lost my luggage, and they were super helpful in being available to receive it and let me know as soon as it arrived. The staff also gave me excellent food and clothing store recommendations.
