2 notables for our room (specifically 214). The toilet did not have a cover on it. I have frequented many hotels in my day and have never seen a toilet without a toilet seat cover. This should be remidied. The A/C was good and relatively quiet. For the pool - once we walked into the area - you can feel the chlorine in the air. My eyes were irrited after only 15 minutes. The addition of Chlorine in a small (unventilated state) must be controlled to avoid this issue. If anyone has breathing problems or is sensitive with the eyes may have a difficult time staying at the pool area for a long period of time. Outside of that issue - the slide was a hit with the kids / the hot tub was a nice feature as well.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Nice clean rooms and bathrooms. Well kept common areas. Polite and friendly staff. Good continental breakfast. Amazing water slide attraction for the kids. Pet friendly place. We stayed on the fourth floor and mostly used the stairs while coming in and taking the dogs out. Therefore, we appreciated the wide carpeted staircase. Definitely a good place for people travelling with kids and/or dogs.

Reception desk could use some training, welcoming, smile, keep off the devices. The person working on servicing breakfast did a good job trying to keep up. May need another person to help at peak time. Breakfast was ok. For the price of the rooms I thought they could have some hot food. The bed room was very good. lots of towels, the amenities were good. The kids liked the slide in the pool a big plus if you have children.

We had thw King bed with bunkbeds for the kids. Room was nice and spacious however in need of a deep clean. It was dusty and there is a whole in the wall where someone put the door knob through it. Patched but pushed in again. Pool area was good except in pictures it shows kids water features but they have a note on the wall saying they dont turn on since 2022 because it keeps warer cleaner. Breakfast area was okay some days they had boiled eggs others they didnt. Not a great awlection. This was truly a basic ceral or toasts brrakfast. Bed was decent.
