Nestled in the foothills of the Green Mountains and close to all the amenities, this townhome presents a recently updated new kitchen, beautiful (real) hardwood and slate floors, updated baths, and modern furnishings throughout. There are excellent views of the rolling foothills of the Green Mountains from the deck, the main living area, and the primary bedroom!

The upper level consists of three bedrooms and two full baths - the primary bedroom with an en-suite bath, and two additional bedrooms. A new Mitsubishi air-conditioning system provides excellent cooling as well as high-efficiency heating throughout the condo. It also has newly installed bi-polar ionization filters to kill viruses and enhance indoor air quality. Two of the upstairs bedrooms have individual cooling units, and the third is adequately cooled by these units. Each bedroom also has a ceiling fan.

The main level has a full, well-equipped kitchen, half bath, office, and dining and living areas. There is a furnished deck off this level which includes comfortable chairs with side tables, an umbrella, and a grill. The decor showcases artwork by noted Vermont artists, including original works by Anne Cady, Marion Barstow Huse, Sabra Johnson (Field), and Jon Olsen. (Works by Cady, Field, and Olsen can be viewed and purchased at The Woodstock Gallery in beautiful Woodstock, VT - a 15-minute drive from the condo.) You’ll also enjoy 1 GB Xfinity wireless internet.

It is an easy walk from this home to the Village of Quechee. With the rental of this home, you are able to purchase optional access to the Quechee Club and its amenities. Please contact the Quechee Club directly for rates.

Whatever time of year you decide to visit Vermont, you will enjoy Quechee’s spectacular views, convenience to recreational activities, and a comfortable feeling of luxury and seclusion. While offering the best of Vermont vacations, Quechee is convenient to Boston, New York, Albany, cultural and entertainment events, and nearby world-class health care (Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center).

The Quechee Club boasts two championship golf courses (Highland and Lakeland) in the summer which, in the winter, provide groomed Nordic skiing trails. In addition, Quechee offers tennis, paddle tennis, skiing, and an array of options for swimmers, hikers, and fishermen. The Club House has multiple dining options as well as a state-of-the-art fitness facility with indoor and outdoor pools. These Quechee Club amenities require rental packages and are available upon request from the Quechee Club directly.

Quechee is centrally located between Woodstock, Vermont, and Hanover, New Hampshire (home of Dartmouth College). Hanover and Woodstock combine the quaintness of beautiful New England villages with the cultural sophistication of a college town. Galleries, unique shops, museums, and a variety of excellent and unique dining experiences are available. Killington and Pico are approximately 30 minutes from Quechee and offer world-class skiing, mountain biking, golf, and other year-round activities.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The property was very spacious. We were a family of 5 adults and there was enough room for everyone without feeling on top of each other. Plenty of kitchen gadgets, washer/dryer and bbq. Surrounding grounds are beautiful. Within walking distance of a few places but I would recommend a car.

Great condo in a great location
Our stay was excellent. The condo is clean, cozy, and spacious (4 adults, 3 kids). It was perfect for our stay in Quechee. We were also able to go to the pool at the Quechee Club which was great for the kids. The hot air balloons were right off the deck which was a huge hit. We already planned our return back for winter and skiing.

The condo was well appointed but wish we knew there was a full flight of stairs outside to get to and from condo.This made it difficult to take things to and from the car. The bathtubs were slippery and could have used something on bottom of tub. The front storm door needs fixing as it doesn't close properly. Also a thin bathmat when you step out of tub would have been good. But, all the negatives weren't too bad and we had a wonderful week

Absolutely gorgeous, well-appointed property nestled in the hills of Quechee. Very clean and nicely decorated, perfect for my family of 4 with enough space for my toddler and infant to run around in. Property manager was very responsive when we had a question about checkout. Highly recommend!!

We loved the quiet location which was within walking distance to "the Green", ( during the day-too remote for walking at night) and Simon Peirce and the little library. Because of Covid, we ate at home and that was very pleasant. I would rent this particular unit again.

great location!
The property is lovely and works well for groups of adults. The furniture is quite comfortable and the decor is well thought out. The views of the mountains is lovely, and the area has great activity and dining options. A few things made this not a five star rating: no basic supplies in kitchen (dish soap, hand soap, or even one dishwasher pod) and musty smell (coming from kitchen sink cabinet) was overwhelming on arrival).

Great location and property, but not clean.
We've stayed in Quechee many times and always enjoyed the area, and this condo was the perfect location. And it's been redone so that it's not "80's ski condo," but rather now "retro chic ski cabin." However, when we arrived the place wasn't very clean. The floors had dirt footprints all over them (clearly not washed), and we found hairs in the plates in the kitchen. My wife sent a very polite note to managing company about letting them know, and we never heard a peep of a response even acknowledging.

Good place for a weekend
Plenty of space for two couples and one single; like the open floor plan on first level and furnishings (sofas) were quite comfortable. Nice fireplace though we did not use it. We did not use the small office area on first floor but could serve as additional play area for children or for an additional guest. Mattresses were most comfortable in the two large bedrooms upstairs (though surprisingly had no mattress covers on them) and plenty of extra pillows. Kitchen is nicely renovated w/new counters, tile, deep sink, quiet dishwasher, nice frig. One complaint was that there were only 2-3 forks and knives in the kitchen: there was an empty drawer where we would assume a tray of flatware should be but it was empty...seemed strange. There were 2 other drawers that had a bunch of utensils haphazardly tossed in but again, only a couple of pieces of flatware. We purchased some plastic flatware. There was a dirty cookie sheet left in the oven and towels had been left in the dryer; we folded and put away. Suggestions: put a trash can in the second bedroom; put a mirror in the twin bedded room where there is none; maybe a lamp on the dresser in the second bedroom. Other than the lights in the kitchen and over the dining table, there seemed to be a lack of bright lighting in living area....we had trouble reading the Sunday paper on the blue sofa as no immediate light. Overall an enjoyable weekend in pleasant space.
