The room was very dated: tv was tiny and looking out our 2nd floor room we looked at a dead bird and the HVAC equipment right. New towels were delivered by someone in regular clothes without any id badge etc. With designer rooms advertised- was expecting a bit more updated.

Great location BUT……..

The bathroom had black mold on the ceiling behind the door. The coffee pot had black gunk in where you put the water. When I reported this during checkout, the man at the front desk insisted there is no humidity in Niagara Falls to cause mold!?!? A bathroom with a hot shower gets steamy! A mold magnet! Duh! The location of the hotel was perfect.

It's obvious that it is a older hotel that needs some upgrades, like screens on the windows. We stayed 1 night and the room was fine for our stay and clean. Bonus is that you are just steps away from the falls and the main drag for novelties.
