Persons smoking pot, i know that its legal but i don't need to smell it coming in the halkways. Plus there was a gentleman at the front desk that was kind of inattentive when we checked in.

Room 335 * Smoke detector on ceiling covered with plastic * Toilet constantly running * Curtain hooks not properly fastened to wall * Air conditioner Filters dirty and AC unit made so much noise we had to turn it off to sleep * Bathroom wall has mold spots on it * Excessive water usage with waterfall bathroom sink faucet

Room was open for anyone to walk in when we arrived. The balcony door didn’t look. Also there was a crazy person pounding on all the doors at 2am. They pound in my door for 5 minutes and when I called the front desk they told me they had it handled but when I asked for reassurance they told me not to worry about it with no explanation of what was going on lot being done

Close to falls, fair prices, the swimming pool is clean and safe , excellent included breakfast, available & included parking , reasonable & clean rooms with comfortable beds, I will reserve there again in the future

We walked into the room where the door didn't shut all the way and left immediately. The room was dirty, the linens were stained, and you could hear the people next store very clearly. We ended up taking getting refunded for the second night and left to another hotel right away.

The location is great, area is safe, not a lot of parking, but enough. The room was clean, aside from the used coffee filter in the coffeemaker, so we didn't use. Good water pressure for shower. The room and hotel are dated, but expected for the price, given the area. Decent breakfast. We did not use pool area, but could see others using and appeared fine. We were in the tower part, so I can't speak for single story part. We walked almost 20 miles in two days from this hotel; we were not in the room but to shower and sleep. Overall, pleasant experience and would stay again.

Was a bit dated but rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and always friendly. Right up the hill from all the attractions and within short walking from all activities mostly.

Its ok if you are not high-maintenance
Room was ok, it needs upgrade. The bed was extra comfortable. Location was perfect! Good included breakfast.
