Value for money, this is the best place to stay in Fallsview. Room was simple but very clean, staff were all very friendly, and free parking and continental breakfast are big bonuses. Location is ideal across from the casino and a 10 min walk to Clifton Hill.

Yes it was fresh and clean. There's coffee and hot water available 24/7 that's excellent 👌. Parking was covered 👌 👍 next time I will book it again.

Eggs were not the greatest, to moist better then being dried out need to find the balance. The rest was delicious. Didn’t make it to the Hot tub this time. But it was clean. I do suggest getting new locks on the 2 patio doors as we couldn’t get them to lock. Staff was a pleasure to work with!! Enjoyed our over night stay!! Thank you!!!

Older hotel but rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and had a very nice complimentary breakfast. Literally less than 5 min. walk from Fallsview casino. I would definitely stay here again

Not made aware prior that the pool & hot tub were closed only during our 3 day stay. Also pictures online, showed an in room jacuzzi, but wasn’t operational! The room was minimally cleaned at best, spring popping out of the mattress, we will not book again!
