Good airport hotel
Only stayed for a few hours overnight before our morning early flight. Booked a parking spot through SpotHero and used the shuttle to get to JFK. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and I would stay here again.

This Hampton Inn is conveniently located close to the JFK airport for a quick layover between flights. The staff is friendly and the facility is clean. We'd stay here again.

Customer service was not great. I tried to extend my stay, was told go online and do it. Bath tub had a drain issue. Also valet parking is not affiliated with hotel, it’s an outsource company. Separate and expensive charge. 2nd time using this hotel and this would be my last time. Never again.

Only one person at the desk handling a dozen guests arriving from the shuttle and pantry sales simultaneously. It took almost 30 minutes to check in. Shuttle driver was aggressive in his driving. Could not get shuttle back to airport because it was fully booked. This was the only reason I selected the hotel. The lobby , elevators and halls were dirty. Room was clean and front desk agent was great even though she had no help.
