Not as advertised: We booked the “Deluxe” room which advertised a ‘private bath’. It was a half bath with showers in an adjoining, shared space. No mention of shared showers. We were not supplied soap or facecloths - even after asking. Advertised a queen bed - it was a double bed. The room had no AC (although they never claimed to have AC, it is expected, or it should be clear that they do not. Advertised a continental breakfast, which we expect to be buffet-style. Was a light, served breakfast that left us feeling hungry. Coffee was served in tea cups, with no refills and vanilla coffee whitener as the only option. The sheets smelled musty and we discovered a blood stain when we made the bed in the morning - not our blood! Pictures show a sitting area on a stone patio - while the stone patio was there, there was no table or chairs. Upon arrival the front door was locked with no instructions on how to enter - we had to call their number, found on Google, and they said they would have staff come out to get us. On the positive side, the room itself was fresh and clean and we met some wonderful guests.
