Amazing room, view and convenience. Staff were very helpful and let us park on the property before we checked in so we could explore Queenstown on foot. Would stay again and would recommend to others.

Room was dusty smelt like mould glasses in the kitchen were dirty, no milk in the fridge on arrival. Definitely won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend to other people not worth the $292.85 a night very disappointed.

Had used google map but still difficult to locate the place. My suggestions would be to have the skyline as the mark or point of destination as this will direct the place easily and accessible. Pls put microwave, milk and some kitchens utensils. Location was great. Thanks

Great stay, friendly service only thing in the basic cabin could use a toaster and nicer coffee. When they clean the rubbishes n towels top up of coffee n milk wouldn't go a miss 😊

Only Motel/Hotel out of 7 that we stayed at who took payment on booking & then on arrival insisted on a copy of credit card (even though it was prepaid) and a photo ID. Never had that in any previous accommodation places over 50 years of staying in motels etc.
