This brand new 2 level home is pure luxury. Incredible views from both levels. Huge living spaces and well equiped kitchen with a massive open deck overlooking the lake and Remarkables. Beautiful furnishing throughout and luxurious bedding to make you feel just at home. Our home is so bright and welcoming, while providing a very private space perfect for entertaining..
The Space:
Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra steps to clean and sanitize between reservations by committing to enhanced cleaning protocols.
Our three bedroom Villa has been newly built in September 2019 and offers a modern and well appointed kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms and living space suitable for up to 6 guests. A warm modern villa for a true Alpine winter feel.
Located just a five minute drive to the heart of Queenstown and also only a 5 minute drive to Queenstown Central shopping centre and the Queenstown International Airport. You will enjoy panoramic views of the Lake Wakatipu & the Remarkables mountain range. The property has been lovingly crafted to provide a comfortable but relaxed feel with modern finishes and high end appliances. It's located in a quiet street that allows you to get away from the noise and bustle of the city. Enjoy the private sunny outdoor living area with views over the lake.
The kitchen is equipped with brand new modern appliances, while a modern lounge with a Gas burner let's you enjoy during those colder winter months. The flat screen TV with Netflix is perfect for chilling out indoors on bad weather days, and there's a washing machine and dryer provided. Make the most of the out door deck area to take in the fresh mountain air or enjoy a beverage in the warmer months.

We aim to create an environment where you and your family can enjoy all the comforts of home. Please feel free to use everything in the property and make yourself at home - Our house is your house.
To gain access to the property you will require an access code which will be emailed to you prior to your arrival. Please ensure you make contact with us prior to arriving to make sure we have your correct email details.
With the close proximity to town and Queenstown's many attractions, you will be able to come and go as you please.
The modern kitchen is equipped with all the essential items you will need to cook a great meal during your stay, and you will be able to enjoy complimentary coffee & tea are provided.
We prepare the house before you arrive, providing you with fresh, clean premium linen and towels. During your stay the apartment will not be serviced. If you require servicing during your stay, please arrange this prior to arrival and we can advise you of the charges involved.

The Villa is conveniently located on the hill above the Frankton arm, just a 5 minute drive from the centre of Queenstown and 5minutes from Queenstown Airport.
If you don't have a car then we recommend the use of one of Queenstown's taxi companies - These are available right from the airport for your convenience.
Other Things to Note:
Queenstown is the adventure tourism capital of New Zealand, and offers a wide variety of activities perfect for the adrenaline junky or those interested in sampling the local wines and cheeses. During your stay our guide book will provide you with our personal picks of activities in Queenstown and the surrounding areas as well as our 'Pro Tip's' to save you time and money.
For your convenience we have available a port-a-cot & high chair to make your stay more enjoyable for the whole family. Please discuss any of these extras with us at time of booking. These are available at no extra cost.
