This chamming one bedroom, in one of the best locations in Manuel Antonio is hard to beat for value. It has a lovely jungle view with the Pacific in the background. A pool, A/C and minutes walk from the best restaurants in town. Located in the heart of Manuel Antonio, this one bedroom comfortably sleeps two guests. Centrally located close to The National Park and the beaches. You will often see Squirrel, Capuchin and Howler monkeys, a wide array of tropical birds and if you re lucky a sloth or two. The one bedroom is arranged with a kitchen opening onto the dining/living area, the enclosed bedroom has a queen sized bed and bathroom. You have a lovely Jungle views and large sliding windows which open up to allow the breeze in. The Condo is a short walk from a great selection of restaurants, bars, convenience store, Spa and bank. There are excellent bus and taxis services which take you in one direction to the National Park and beaches and in the other to Quepos and the Marina Val Pez.

Monkeys everywhere!
Our overall impression of the apartment was very good. Nicely decorated with everything you’d ever need to be comfortable. There was a very nice ocean view from the front windows and sliding glass. Some other reviewers pointed out that the only air conditioner was in the bedroom. Although that’s true, we had no issues staying cool. We stayed in November when the temperature was approximately 75. The beach was approximately one mile away but the walk took probably 20 minutes due to the declines and rain that caused some areas to be slick. The apartment did not have a balcony but large windows you could keep open at all times. No issues with bugs. Paula, the host made the check in and out very easy. She was also very responsive to any questions we had. For a fee, she made reservations for us to tour Manuel Antonio National Park, which we loved. Every morning we were awakened by howler monkeys and shortly after enjoyed watching dozens of white faced monkeys from our front room. I would highly recommend Paula’s place!

Perfect location just off the main highway in Manual Antonio! Great restaurants located within walking distance. Super easy access to pool, and pick up location for all excursions.

Rental Not as described.
The A/C was operational in 1 room, only after all other rooms were closed off. This meant there was no AC in the living. And there were no screens on windows so opening them meant LOTS of mosquitos. There were absolutely NO "ocean Views" as stated in ad. The "short walk to great restaurants" was an almost vertical climb up 30+ steep stairs. These factors made this not quite what we were expecting after having been to Manuel Antono multiple times before.

Good Location & easy pickup place for tours
This property is listed as having air conditioning however the air conditioner is in the bedroom (2nd of the two rooms). To get the bedroom cool you have to close the door leading into the front room as well as the bathroom door. We were unable to spend any length of time on the front room as it had slats that are open to the outside. Too hot to sit out there. Therefore, most of our time was spent sitting in the bedroom, also the room where the TV was located. Easy to get to great restaurants all within walking distance. Really enjoyed Cafe Agua Azul (casual atmosphere) and Emilio’s (more business casual atmosphere ). Never got to the pool. No time.

Great Location
This unit is in a great location. We could easily walk to all kinds of restaurants, small store and bank. Great A/C in the bedroom and solid wifi, and we enjoyed the pool in the afternoon when we returned from our adventures. We would stay again.

This property was the perfect Costa Rican vacation spot. As soon as I checked in I looked out the window and saw a troop of monkeys in the trees. Later a sloth was pointed out to me. It was amazing! I could walk to lots of restaurants and shopping as well as grocery stores and banks. The owner Paula was very helpful and was able to book my tours and activities as well as my transportation to and from Manuel Antonio and the other locations I visited while in Costa Rica. My favorite place!

Fabulous condo, well located, beautiful!
We were in Manuel Antonio for 5 days and had such a great time here. The condo is very well located, so close and convenient to many great spots to eat and have a drink or coffee & dessert. After a few days we felt like locals going to Emilio’s every day for our after dinner cappuccino & desserts. The condo itself is lovely, it has these beautiful Spanish style doors that separated the living room from bedroom, gave it an old-world charm. It was also very comfortable with air conditioning and very strong, reliable wifi! There also are washers and dryers in a common area that can be accessed during working hours when the cleaners have it open. We did a few loads there and it was very helpful. The condo is built on a hillside and reminded us of Spanish style villas on a cliff or such. The condo is well equipped with everything needed, including pool towels but you just need to bring your own beach towel. And to get to Manuel Antonio main beach, it’s just a <5 minute drive downhill and there you are. We went nearly every day.

Holiday stay
Had an excellent week at the property. Excellent location with easy walking access to a number of bars, cafes, restaurants, Manuel Antonio park, and Quepos. A little noise from the nearest restaurant, but they close at 10. The tall table and chairs are fine for dining, but not comfortable for work if you must.

Nice apartment and very helpful host
Apartment is very nice and close to Manuel Antonio National Park, restaurants, stores, marina and center of Quepos. Host Paula is very good and helped us with the tours and anything we needed.
