Muy bien la habitación y baño, solo OJO, pidan las habitaciones lejos del bar que está alado del hotel porque en las noches se escucha la música muy fuerte y no te deja dormir, a mi me toco suerte que había otra habitación libre al final del pasillo y me cambiaron pero a las 11 de la noche

Not a good experience
Very poor service from the Front desk staff. Bad attitudes and unwillingness to help foreign visitors. Also, there was a lot of noise and music almost every night that lasted till about 3:00 am. The rooms were worn and not the quality one would expect from this group in Mexico. Usually this chain provides much better services and amenities.

Less than expected for price I have paid
This hotel does not worth the cost I have spent. My booking has breakfast included, I paid higher amount, but at check-in they said breakfast in not included, they provided and email address and ask me to send copy of my booking showing breakfast inclusion, which i did and they reply with yes, however, at breakfast they had again told us to pay for breakfast, when I showed them email reply, they were ok, but it was not convenient and not nice. Room was small and they did not give city view despite hotels.com booking said city view.
