Disliked: Staff & service
The place was OK. It is quaintly decorated. The room was spacious and comfortable. Linens and towels nice quality The hallway and reception are are a bit crowded. Parking is available but it is off-site and there are no in-and-out privileges. I felt it was a long walk from the parking lot to the hotel. Guests need to know before hand that: 1. parking is available off site and 2. there are no in-and-out privileges at the parking lot. We were offered parking near the hotel, just around the corner, which was much more convenient for me, but we had to incur the parking fees.
It was a nice place to stay. It worked for me because of its location, in a walkable distance to mail landmarks of Queretaro's downtown.
The Hotel itself was very unique, looked like a store or a gallery of regional art and artisans. The furniture and interior design was very "Mexican Rustic". The people who own the hotel were on site --very nice people-- were attentive. Breakfast in the morning was good, I mean continental but good to have, fresh coffee and sweet bread is all I need in the morning...

:/
You can hear everything from outside! The washer, the baby crying, kids playing, people talking... you can’t feel comfortable.
The parking is 3 blocks away and it also supposedly includes breakfast, fake! Tv only has local channels.
I wouldn’t go back there, never.

Disliked: Room comfort
You get what you pay for...
PROS: Cheap. Free Wi-Fi. Close to old city center. Quaint. Continental breakfast.
CONS: Their “queen” bed is actually a “full”. Bathroom vents to the room. Low water pressure.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
I felt like I was intruding. It is not a hotel its a house with rooms. A grandmother taking care of a yelling chips and speaking in the phone while serving cofee. Not nice At all
THIS HOTEL SHOULD NOT BE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS IT IS LITERALLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION SO ITS DIRTY, NOICY AND VERY UNCOMFORTABLE PLUS NO HOT WATER AND LOUD STAFF AT 6AM....DONT BE FOOLED BY PICS / AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Decent hotel really close to downtown Querétaro
It's a nice place,it's more like a big house, noise was a bit of a problem to stay asleep. Shower head was kinda clogged and I wasn't able to figure out the right temperature in the shower, too hot or too cold.
No good channels on tv,but I guess for the price was right.
Coffee in the morning was always fresh and the staff was attentive and friendly.
There is construction work in the house as late as 11 pm on a Saturday. The rooms have NO VENTILATION: no windows, no fan, no AC. Noisy, dark, uncomfortable. Parking was pretty far away and they didn't give us breakfast.
Very quaint botique decorated to the extreme with memorabilia and artifacts from all MEXICAN periods with religious and secular pieces. The room was comfortable and came with all the basics, especially hot water. Breakfast was extremely basic but enough to get you started. The staff seemed very helpful and friendly, easy to talk with. Coco and her boys are all gems, including the cleaning lady. Very, very economical and much value for the price. Will stay again.
