We were looking for something practical for a family event. And the hotel had a problem with the main street, something that seemed out of the hotel's control. But it did hinder the activity a bit and it feels unsafe. They could have warned us. And another thing. The room we had is on level 1 on the side of an avenue. The window is poorly made, all the noise comes in. We couldn't sleep well and that is a huge drawback for any hotel.

Me tocó el día en que no se asearon las dos habitaciones donde nos quedamos...la segunda habitación porque fue al pedir el cambio de la misma porque no estaba en nada aseada. Nos tocó fiesta en habitación de arriba y todo se escuchaba, arrastre de sillas, tacones al caminar...el único punto positivo en mi experiencia fue la ubicación y que tiene estacionamiento.

Nice location close to Pila park, easy to walk to centre and restaurants. Secure underground parking. Nice outdoor swimming pool. Extra pillows available on request. Wifi not too good. No hairdrier or kettle in room. All power points are the 2-pin type only. Ceiling fan too noisy. Street traffic noise heard as well.

Instalaciones agradables y cómodas, muy cerca del centro de Tequisquiapan. El que esté enfrente del Parque La Pila, nos permitió caminar y hacer ejercicio en ese hermoso Parque. El personal muy atento, agradable y servicial. La única incomodidad fue que la calle de acceso al Hotel estaba en reparación y con la lluvia, había mucho lodo. Al parecer en 3 meses se concluye esa obra.

El hotel requiere de ser remodelado. El mobiliario es muy viejo. Los baños muestran un pésimo y peligroso diseño, que pone en riesgo la vida de cualquiera. La zona es bonita. Es el hotel el que desentona. Necesita muchos cambios.

Las habitaciones son muy viejas. El agua caliente no funcionaba hasta que avisamos a recepción. Pedimos cambio de habitación ya que en la que nos pusieron daba a la calle con mucho ruido. Hay un bar en la esquina con música super fuerte toda la noche. La calle está sin pavimento lleno de lodo.

El personal es muy atento, tanto en recepción como en restaurante. La comida muy rica y de buena calidad. El lugar es lindo, sin embargo el agua de la alberca estaba un poco sucia, hay demasiados moscos en las habitaciones que te impiden dormir, el primer día no tuvimos agua caliente para bañarnos y tuvimos que llamar a recepción y lamentablemente encontramos una chinche en la sábana. No hay nada adecuado para desayunar en el restaurante, como café o pan, necesariamente tienes que salir para conseguirlo. Creo que para lo que cobran, $1700 por noche, el costo beneficio no es el mejor.
