Llame para avisar q llegábamos tarde nadie contestó y hablé con ustedes y trataron de comunicarse y no pudieron , le mandaron mensaje . Cuando llegue al hotel NO ESTABA WN SERVICIO DESDE HACE MES Y MEDIO 😡😡😡😡😡. Cómo es posible q no tengan ustedes esa información, tuve q buscara hoteles a las 10:00 de la noche con mis hijas y no fue nada agradable. La verdad estoy muy molesta pero con el servicio de ustedes

Fiasco
Espero mínimo se disculpen por qué fue un fiasco al llegar resulta que no está en servicio el hotel imagínense yo ahí con familia y mascota en pleno puente pues donde iba a encontrar hospedaje y con mascota menos fue todo un show intente marcar a hoteles.com para resolver mi situación y nadie me contestó de verdad un fiasco y una desilución

Terrible experiencia en este hotel
Pésimo servicio, no respetaron las reservaciones, de hecho el hotel está cerrado, llegue con mi familia y solo había una persona de servicio que me dijo que el hotel estaba en remodelación pero que al dueño se le olvidó cerrar las reservaciones en la página de internet, que ya eran varios los huéspedes que llegaban a hospedarse en la misma fecha que yo y que se habían tenido que ir también.

Alberca helada para vacaciones
El único atractivo del hotel es la alberca, la cual no se puede usar ya que no solo está fría, sino "helada". No hay camastros o área para estar en la alberca. La caldera no la encienden a menos que el hotel esté lleno. No hay horno de microondas en las habitaciones y no hay estufa, sola una parrilla eléctrica.

En general, todos los servicios muy bien y la atención de la gente que trabaja ahi muy cordial y amable. El tema de los insumos de la habitación, valdria la pena poner mas de un papel de baño y mejorar la calidad de las toallas, muy viejas.
