Very spacious apartment, with great natural light.
3 floors with a distribution of 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
Located in an apartment complex with excellent location. Tree-lined avenues, stores, cafes and restaurants. A few meters from the Arcos de Queretaro, distinctive of the city.
3 terraces.
One of the safest areas. 3 desks.
Excellent for home office.

Other Things to Note:
- Access and laundry facilities are shared common areas.
- There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms.
- There are several desks / dedicated work spaces here if you need to catch up on some work during your stay.

- The property has some minor stains in certain areas of the floor that do not affect the overall comfort of the space.
