Bueno para una noche, sólo que un elevador no servía y por la mañana era difícil la movilidad. Ofrecen descuento en el restaurante del hotel fiesta, pero no lo recomiendo, el servicio muy lento y había cucarachas en las mesas.

Staff was super cool they’ll get you an Uber (avoid taxis) super helpful you’re a taxi ride away from work centro not waking distance at all overall property is good and clean

We really like this chain hotel ever since we lived in ONE Playa Del Carmen during our Cancun trip last year. So when we planned Mexico City and surrounding area this year, we all booked ONE hotels wherever we can find one. It never disappoints. For seven consecutive days, we stayed three nights in Mexico City, one night in Queretaro, one night in Silao, one night in Guadalajara, and two nights in Puerto Vallarta. We like them all. Delicious free breakfast. Very comfortable and clean, with very reasonable price. We will definitely choose ONE chain hotel when we visit Mexico again!

We asked for to double beds and they were for one person. We were tight and uncomfortable. There's no enough ventilation in the room.
