The place was always clean and quit,I really enjoyed that part. But nobody was at the desk front ,I had a situation with my electric door entrance but there was nobody to help me.I stay there for 5 days total and they do not clean the room ,I understand the place is green friendly but cleanness can be environmentally friendly as well. Thank you.

I spend 5 nights in this hotel,and on none of them they cleaned mi room,I understand that the place is green and environment friendly but that doesn't mean is not clean,that was unacceptable. At night and early mornings (until 9am something)there was nobody in the desk,and they didn'tsay anything when I registered myself, I had an emergency at night, the electric door for my room was with no battery and nobody was there to help me,next they the desk front people just don't care about it. The building was nice overall but I wish I could know more about this place before my booking.

Es un concepto muy agradable. Estancia tipo departamento con comodidades. Solo que en uno de los dos baños no había agua caliente. Pero excelente lugar

El departamento está muy bien, la propiedad en general muy bien sin embargo, tienen que tener cuidado y ofrecer lo mínimo necesario para una estancia. HABIA UNA SOLA TOALLA EN CADA BAÑO. UNA. No hay tapetes de baño, no hay jabón, no hay agua para tomar.

Todo muy bien, las habitaciones, los baños, cocina y amenidades en perfecto estado. Solo me gustaría que hubiera mayor atención en recepción, más de un par de veces fuimos al módulo y no había nadie. Un gran detalle, si viajan en fin de semana, enfrente hay un antro que no te dejará dormir si eres muy sensible al ruido. Fuera de todo esto fue una experiencia reconfortante

Una gran opción para hospedarse, el único inconveniente que tuvimos fue en las noches el escandalo del restaurante bar pez tigre que tuvo musica todo el fin de semana a maximo volumen hasta las 3 am y era muy complicado dormir

Todo muy bien el tal cual como se ve en las fotos de primer nivel, esta muy bien ubicado, el personal super amable, muy buena experiencia, el unico detalle fue que la alberca no esta funcionando, aunque al final del dia hizo mucho frio y ya no tuvimos ganas de meternos y creo que esta fue la razon de porque esta fuera de servicio, creo que como detalle seria bueno que en estas temporadas lo mencionen seria un bue detalle solamente,
