Longère with heated indoor pool on 18 ha estate with animals

On 168 m², the villa offers on the ground floor a large room of 45 m² opening onto the terrace and the garden, serving as living room-dining room-kitchen. This set is very comfortable, with modern furniture giving off a warm and luminous atmosphere thanks to its association with exposed stones and wood. The kitchen area is functional and well equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge, freezer ...). We also find at this level:
- a beautiful double bedroom with 1 160 cm bed with direct access to the garden
- a bathroom
- an independent toilet
- a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Upstairs, a pleasant mezzanine has a TV corner and leads to the 3 bedrooms, the bathroom and the separate toilet. The 1st has a double bed of 140 cm and the other 2 each have 2 single beds of 90 cm.

We can provide sheets and towels for an additional 90 euros.
We can also provide end-of-stay cleaning for 90 euros also.

Outside, the villa, adjoining our house, overlooks a small terrace with barbecue, an enclosed garden of 400 m² and access to the indoor swimming pool (but discoverable at will) heated from April 15 to October 15 (we reserve ourselves the right to use it when you're not there).

The 18 hectare estate is home to retired horses and ponies, zebus, sheep, donkeys and many other animals. The stroll within the property also allows you to observe abundant wildlife (deer, hares, ducks, frogs ...)

Quimperlé, gateway to Cornouaille, is located at the confluence of the Isole and Ellée valleys, which form the Laïta. Picturesque city with its upper and lower town, its historic district, the Romanesque church of Sainte-Croix, the half-timbered houses, and the many shops. Quimperlé, over the centuries, has continued to enrich its cultural heritage. The country of Roches du Diable, beautiful river for canoeing: four tourist and rural communities to see: Querrien, Locunolé, Guilligomarc'h and Meslan, located between the sea and Argoat. Beautiful walks to do in the countryside and on the banks of the rivers. Hiking and mountain biking trails. Peach.

The geographical location of the villa is interesting: near the beautiful beaches, small picturesque ports such as Doëlan. Clohars-Carnoët, Le Pouldu-Doëlan: common with three bell towers, with three characteristics: sea, countryside and forest, located at the gates of Cornwall, in the Pays des Avens, on the "Painters' Route". South-facing beach and picturesque little ports of Pouldu and Doëlan, much appreciated by painters, fishermen, sailing enthusiasts. The Laïta estuary with wooded banks, the legendary Carnoët forest, Saint-Maurice abbey. Moëlan-sur-mer: more than 14 km of varied coastline, indented by narrow wooded estuaries at the bottom of which nest three ports: Bélon, Merrien and Brigneau. Alliance of the invigorating air of the Atlantic and the relaxing softness of the countryside and its woods, Moëlan-sur-Mer, by its geographical location, allows multiple and beautiful excursions. Fishing, boating, cruises, sea trips. Beaches, sandy coves, 7 marked hiking trails. 100 km of marked mountain bike trails.

Maison au calme sur une propriété à l’écart de la route, idéale pour les enfants. Plusieurs plages à proximité directes et accès facile à Lorient, Concarneau pour visiter. La piscine couverte est juste parfaite, nous avons pu en profiter par tous les temps, bien au chaud! Nous recommandons! (Les enfants embrassent Lili la chèvre, elle leur manque déjà! ;))

Schönes Haus mit Pool in zentraler Lage für die Bretagne
Das Haus hat alle unsere Erwartungen erfüllt, Ausstattung und Zustand sehr gut für den Familienurlaub geeinget. Der Pool war ideal für den Spaß nach den Ausflügen zu den kulturellen Highlights der Bretagne. Die Lage nahe an Quimperle und somit auch sehr zentral für die Ausflüge Ri. Osten nach Carnac ("Hinkelsteine"), Halbinsel Quiberon oder nach Westen Point du Raz, Concarneau etc..ist ideal. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die zu dem Anwesen gehörenden Tiere (Kühe, Schafe, Ziegen, Alpacas, Emus, Hühner/hahn, Katze, Hund) waren natürlich auch sehr interessant für die Kinder. Alles in allem ein guter erholsamer Urlaub.
