Weekend to remember!
We drove 5hrs into town to go to a show at the Gorge and Dave was so incredibly helpful and accommodating. The place was so clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend this place to family and friends. We will be back for another show and this will be the first property we look to rent again. Thank you Dave!

Excellent Spot at Crescent Bar
The townhouse was very nice. All the amenities were there. The place is decorated with fantastic pictures of concerts from the gorge - how fun!!! The view was outstanding! What a pleasure to wake up and see the Gorge!! David is the best host I've had in all my years of vrbo'ing. He went above and beyond in taking care of us and making sure we were comfortable. Thank you, David!!! We will be back!!!

My 50+ adult daughter and I rented Rock Hotel to attend a family reunion not a Gorge concent but we were very pleased with the unit. The unit was very clean and it was quite beautifully decorated though out . Artwork included many,many artfully framed pictures of previous concerts ,some including ticket stubs, which were quite interesting even to non concert attendees. The unit has two decks in front and an outside patio in back so you can find some outside space with shade . The controlled temperature in the unit was good. Both upstairs bedrooms had their own full bathroom. David the owner was very responsive to all contacts . Directions in the unit were very clear. The only draw back in our case, being older, is there are stairs to the entry and to the upstairs bedrooms . There was small bedroom on main floor as well. All in all though I would highly recommend this unit.

Fantastic Property & Host
We had a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Rock! The place was accurately described, clean, and comfortable. Our host Dave was very hospitable, communicative, and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The place has all the amenities you'll need and we really appreciated having two patios to choose from, so finding shade was easy. You're just a short walk away from the river and the whole community had an upbeat, friendly vibe to it--it's a unique and fun place! Overall, 5 stars all around!

Wonderful Watershed Weekend
Everything about Hotel Rock is perfect. It’s a beautiful home with everything you need to stay there comfortably. The decor is amazing. The decks are terrific and the perfect place to have morning coffee, read, and do some work. Sunserra and Cresent Bar are beautiful and cozy, and while it was really busy In town during Watershed weekend, it immediately quieted down on Monday morning and the area was so peaceful. David was awesome, he is incredibly fun, warm, friendly, and welcoming. With the beautiful Hotel Rock, the gorgeous location, and the welcoming host, we will definitely stay here again! Thank you so much David!

My friends and I stayed at Daves property for a show at the Gorge and had an absolute blast. The home is very clean and spacious! Dave was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole stay and before we arrived. Next time we come back to this area we would love to stay here again!

Lovely condo with a great view, well equipped kitchen
This is a lovely two bedroom (really 3 bedroom) condo with an amazing view from the patios and another patio in the back. The kitchen is well equipped and the master bedroom is large with a beautiful bathroom. There is a large laundry room and a comfortable living/ dining area for socializing. The owner lives next door and was very responsive to our needs. The weather was not good and we were staying in the area for a wedding so we didn’t get a chance to use the pool, tennis courts or boat rental marina. I wouldn’t recommend this property for people with mobility problems, as there are stairs from the garage to the front doors and the condo is a two story.

Comfortable and quiet
We had a very comfortable stay at the Hotel Rock. The Audio Speakers throughout the entire home and even outside on the patios was perfect for us to play our music from our phone playlists was very cool. First evening we enjoyed dinner at the Sunfire Grill which is just off one of the 3 golf courses. This was a perfect location to stay for our concert venue we attended at the Gorge Amphitheater. Will definitely be back.

Stayed here for Dave Matthews weekend and had a wonderful time. The property was immaculate, extremely well taken care of. We spent time at the pool, and jet skiing, and enjoying the shows at the Gorge. David was very responsive to anything we asked, and even checked in on us. The bluetooth system was fun to play music on, and the temperature was perfect.

Home Away From Home
When you research on the internet for a safe, clean, modern vacation rental sometimes photos and ads are miss leading. Not with this residence, we showed up to be greeted by the owner who was friendly, timely, and accommodating for our needs during our 5 day stay…. First of all - this is a COOL house. The property overlooks the Columbia river, and the owner (Dave) has decorated it with pictures that he's taken over the years of artists performing at the nearby Gorge amphitheater. Every thing you need to enjoy a weekend is provided with both inside and outside space being comfortable and well appointed. Second - Dave was amazing! He provided clear instructions on what to do when we arrived and had everything ready for us - even meeting us outside the property. After greeting us Dave took us on a tour of the property and showed us how to work the tv and music system - a big plus in this house as the music system has speakers in the house and outdoors. Overall - really impressed with this property and the hospitality. A perfect place to stay when going to a concert at the Gorge, or for a long weekend on the river. Definitely staying her again!
