Had free airport transfer which was nice after a long flight. The driver was waiting for us holding a sign with our name on it. He waited for us even though our plane was a little late landing. The grounds around the hotel were beautiful. The free breakfast was nice. The only negatives were there’s no food available after 10 pm and there’s no air conditioning but apparently that’s normal in Quito.

The staff was fantastic! Great food at the restaurant, comfy beds, and everything was clean. It is a beautiful property worth taking a stroll around on the grounds of the present hotel and discover some of its history. We would highly recommend it!

Nice property! Well maintained grounds. Nice restaurant, great service, friendly staff. The floating night stand in the first room we were in just came off the wall. It looked like it had been replaced before based on the number of screw holes in the headboard. We were moved to another room without consequence. Thanks to the staff.

We stayed for only one night after a late incoming flight. Even on short notice they sent a driver who met us inside arrivals and had a sign with our name. It’s worth noting it is not all that close to the airport. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted and shown to our room, which had a great shower and was very comfortable. Breakfast was included and was really nice. We hung out at the pool bar while we waited for our ride to town. The grounds are lovely and there was lots to do. Overall we really thought this hotel was a great deal and we’d stay again.

Great option for Quito airport as 20 min transfer time. ( and my transfer was included) Nice pool area , great breakfast and lovely clean room with good facilities. Restaurant reasonably priced, plus potential to eat and have drinks by pool. 5 min walk to pretty town plaza with small range of shops. Could also work for trips to Mindo etc as avoid central Quito traffic.
